How to get this effect in video

So, canon on cheap wide lenses usually use a bit wider fov and crop in a little. I like this effect so much. On photos u just use shitty editor to get those defects, but what about video? Has someone tried this effect in video? What were the tools?

(Canon rp + 24-50 kit lens on wide end)

I was walking through junior gallery and saw this artwork, some of details looks so off

At first what caught my eye (besides the image itself) is that this is a PRINT on a canvas and not an actual drawing. A bit strange, but thats okay.

Moreover, USUALLY digital art of someone in age 9-10 looks different. I have a sister, she draws different, not in classical art simulation kind thing.

Also, eye shading looks strange and composition giving midjorney.

Since it’s a print, I can’t look deeper into the details.

It’s freaking me out please help
