Here's something interesting I figured out

Since Daytona became the Regular Season finale in 2020, I noticed a fun little pattern.

2020 - William Byron wins, wins his way to the playoffs

2021 - Ryan Blaney wins, already locked into the playoffs

2022 - Austin Dillon, wins his way to the playoffs

2023 - Chris Buescher wins, already locked into the playoffs

2024 - Harrison Burton wins, wins his way to the playoffs

2025 - Ryan Blaney wins, already locked into the playoffs

So, essentially on even numbered years, someone wins their way to the playoffs, and on odd numbered years, someone whos already in the playoffs wins.

While we've traded the Playoffs for the Chase (thank god), do you still think we can see this trend of people taking one of the last spots with a win on even years?

I feel so maternal to this car.

I don't know why, but as a 6'11", 42 year old gigastraight alpha male, this one (or should i say... zero? heh...) car makes me feel so maternal. This car is just so beautiful that I want to hold it in my arms and rock it, treat it as the most precious thing in the world and raise it to be an amazing car. I want to watch this car grow up from the day it was born to the day its ready to leave my home and take on the real world, tears flowing down my eyes as I watched my young one finally become independent. Am I the only one that feels this way?

rare photos of the 2026 Turin Italy F5

This was such a devastating moment, I hope all the pasta is okay.

(the joke is that WWE wrestler Brock Lesnar's finisher move is called the F5.)
