**Horniceros** is an **Ice** & **Fighting** Type, with good bulk on its Physical side, being 90/100/60, as it’s Special Defense of 60 is below average, but **Ice** Types aren’t known to be very good at being bulky, but has good 125-Attack, but it’s mostly help from its abilities.

First it’s [Sheer Force](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/sheerforce.shtml), that gives a 30% Boost to its attacks, and special attacks, while [Refrigerate](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/refrigerate.shtml) turns **Normal** Types attacks into **Ice** Types with an 20% Boosts, and finally [Slush Rush](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/slushrush.shtml) that doubles its speed in snow.

With **Sheer Force** & **Refrigerate** increasing its Attacks, and some Special Attacks, with 70 being decent for **Sheer Force**, and **Slush Rush** doubling its 75-Speed, it can hit hard and fast, **Horniceros** could be decent in **RU** as being **Ice** Type could still be detrimental as it’s bulk won’t help it much, but with good support, **Horniceros** could be **UU** as it does have a good Movepool in Ice, Fighting, Electric, Rock, Ground, Steel, Dark, Bug, and Poison, so overall **Horniceros** can be strong as 125-Attack is still hits hard.

The Vampire Bat Pokémon is an **Dark** & **Flying** Type, with an 480-BST, with a somewhat okay bulk of 70/50/115, while its Special Defense is good, it’s Physical Defense is very below average, while its 80-Speed is pretty average, but more on the slow side.

And it’s three **Abilities** are [Inner Focus](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/innerfocus.shtml) that prevents flinching, including being immune from having its stats being lower from the **Intimidate** Ability, it’s second ability is [Sound Proof](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/soundproof.shtml), that gives full immunity to all Sound-Based moves & attacks, and it’s final Ability is [Huge Power](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/hugepower.shtml) that doubles its Physical Attack stats.

**Vampunny** is primarily a Special Attacker, with 105-Sp.Attack, it’s decently strong, boosting it with Nasty-Plot, or Calm-Mind, and while it’s 80-Speed is average at best, it can circumvent it by using **Trick Room,** **Tailwind** or **Speed Swap** to maker itself faster, or both it and it allies faster, with a decent Movepool of Dark, Flying, Psychic, Ghost, Poison, Fairy, and the Elemental Fangs, with all of its options available to it, **Vampunny** could be in **RU** or **UU**.

Maybe in **OU** with its Hidden Ability [Huge Power](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/hugepower.shtml) that doubles its 60-Attack, hitting as hard as [Medicham](https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-champions/medicham/), but be cautious as it’s still Physically frail, so Rock Types like [Tyranitar](https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/tyranitar/) for example, or any decently fast Pokémon that knows a Rock Types attack, be used as a counter/check, but with everything said, **Vampunny** would still be a threat given the opportunity.

**Sculptean** is a Ultra Beast, having a 570-BST as the others, minus **Naganadel**, as a Ultra Beast, it has the Ability [Beast Boost](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/beastboost.shtml) as the others do, it increases its highest stats, (Excluding HP) which it’s Special Attack of 117.

**Sculptean** is primarily a Special Attacker, since it’s 97-Attack is below average, with lots of good options, like the Great **BoltBeam** coverage, with Nasty-Plot & Beast Boost increasing its already decent Special Attack, and fairly fast with 101-Speed, with Agility, Speed investment, and a Speed+ nature helping make **Sculptean** quicker.

But one moves that’s very Special for **Sculptean** is the move [Transform](https://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sv/transform.shtml), that allows **Sculptean** to transform into the opposing Pokémon, and unlike [Ditto](https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/ditto/), **Sculpten** can attack or use status to buff itself or debuff its enemies, finding a good opportunity to use **Transform** like some [Mew](https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sv/mew/) build.

With its stats, Movepool, and Ability, **Sculptean** has good odds of being **OU** tier, with the move [Transform](https://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sv/transform.shtml) maybe putting it in **Ubers** with **123-HP** giving any transformed state **Sculptean** takes more bulk than Ditto and even Mew’s 100-HP, so **Sculptean** would be a very dangerous Pokémon to face, even in **Ubers**.

**Cleopantra** is an **Rock** & **Psychic** Type, with an okay bulk of 80/110/85, not the best but still good, it’s 105-Attack is okay, maybe good in lower tiers, like **UU** or **RU**, and while it’s 60-Sp.Attack is low, and it’s 40-Speed is even lower, it has abilities and moves to circumvent its short comings.

**Cleopantra** abilities are [Sand Force](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/sandforce.shtml) that gives a 30% power boost in Sandstorm, [Sturdy](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/sturdy.shtml) protects it from getting one shot, like a [Focus Sash](https://www.serebii.net/itemdex/focussash.shtml), and it’s **Hidden Ability** is [***”Mystic Power”***](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/purepower.shtml), it works similarly to **Pure Power** but doubles Special Attack instead of Physical Attack.

As mentioned before, it’s 40-Speed is low, but can fixed it with either [Trick Room](https://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sv/trickroom.shtml), or [Speed Swap](https://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sv/speedswap.shtml), potentially making **Cleopantra** faster, with these tools, it help it rise up from **UU** or **RU** into **OU** with these options. Especially if it can cripple Speedy Pokémon with **Speed Swap** tricks.
