Malpositioned IUD

Yall!

Had my first iud at 15, loved it, no period or weird symptoms.

Got it out at 22. Thought I might have endo, started me on pill then shot. Didn’t have endo, stayed on shot before stopping for a few months and then finally got another IUD.

Bleeding never stopped after over a year, got this HORRIBLE monthly cystic acne all around my eyes, eyebrows, and nose creases on either side (even a GIANT deep red tomato cyst on the bridge of my nose). Got an ultrasound last week, and my IUD is Malpositioned!

But getting it replaced wont help with the acne right or even possibly the bleeding?… so disappointed, it worked so well the first time, set it and forget it! Tried the arm one at first and had the constant spotting, so I tried the IUD and it was a miracle.

No miracle right now!!

if you weren’t sure that the Costco pretzel bagels were good….

They are in fact VERY good.

Freeze. Thaw 1 for 20 minutes. Use a stick of butter to butter the top, and sprinkle course salt to your desire. Air fry at 300° for 2-3 minutes, and heat up some queso in the microwave.

Heaven awaits

Edit: not pictured, the 8 bagels we had already eaten 🫢

Edit 2: not a whole entire stick of butter, just use the stick to spread some over and around the top of the bagel, it’s easier to use than a knife

Edit3: to the Costco bagel haters, I IMPLORE you to try specifically these pretzel bagels, I think you’ll find they are MUCH different than the regular bagels. They are soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced.

Edit 4: I will admit I am a sl*t for soft pretzels, so that’s why has heavily informed my opinion of these, and I will concede they are more pretzel roll than bagel. I did not expect this to blow up lol I should also mention I got a bruise from carrying the bag on my shoulder throughout the purchase, and I looked up how much i carried and it’s a little less than 9lbs of bagels 🤣 you all won’t be laughing when these go away and I’m set for another 3 seasons!

Edit 5: target has these cheddar stuffed burgers I’m going to try with this as the bun! Thanks for the suggestions

Loose skin from weight loss, unexpected result :/

Lost about 30 maybe almost 40lbs.. loose skin on my biceps is really making me sad. I’m gaining muscle and I can see that, but I wasn’t prepared for having flappy arms 😭 I probably want to loose at least another 30, 200 was a good weight for me and I think now that I am gaining so much muscle, 200 will also look much better on me than it did previously (even then I was much happier)

Got up to 270 from medications, after holding steady at 245 for a couple years. That 25lbs I guess was just enough to stretch my skin so now I have old lady arms in my 20s.

My legs are just fine, and I suspect I might get some loose skin with my stomach, but my arms are making me so sad. The worst part is, with my body dysmorphia, I had thought for the longest time that my arms looked like they do now, when they definitely did NOT, and I didn’t even get to enjoy my not bird wing arms when I had them.

Hoping I will continue to build muscle and that will help? I was starting the red light therapy at planet fitness, but I read the red light they have doesn’t do anything and I can’t pay for more stuff.

Happy I’ve finally started to lose, and that I’ve found exercises that are working for me, but I’m so embarrassed by my arms now. Thought I couldn’t wear a tank top / strap tops before, but now I REALLY can’t.

Is this the best I’m gonna get from this stain/dirt?

I stopped wearing these shoes because they became so dirty (see last pic for demonstration, I didn’t take a before pic ((really regret that))) there was just a thick black black footprint on what’s supposed to be all yellow!!

I don’t know anything about stain removal. I drenched it in that tide stain spray stuff, rubbed it in and washed it in my sink, then I put some more on and used my shower sprayer to sort of power wash it, and I also rubbed the dirt out with my hands. Then I put more spray on it (I know yall are gonna roast me) and rubbed it in, left them overnight into the next evening, power washed them in the shower some more before sprinkling my laundry stain stuff on it lightly and throwing them in the wash on warm and rinse twice. Lo and behold!

They aren’t perfect, but considering where I started from? I mean they were ICKY. My last photo/drawing doesn’t do the level of dirty these were justice

Edit: I have wide feet too, so the foot dirt print was like the whole sole of the shoe!!

How often do you change your panty liner?

First time I got my iud I had no spotting, no period. Took it out for two years and used the shot, no period. Took a 6 month break before getting iud again, same type since last time. Been spotting nonstop for a year and one month, going through endless panty liners.

I pee many every two to three hours, and even though my liner isn’t full I can’t help but change it after seeing it even mildly soiled. I’m saving up for a diva cup, but I’m curious what everyone else does for their pads/liners when it comes to changing it.

TBH I haven’t had to deal with pads and all this in FOREVER, so I’ve like forgotten my pad protocol. Tampons aren’t an option because my flow is too light, and I use period underwear only at night.

Also has anyone else had the experience where their first iud took their period away completely and their 2nd one now leaves them spotting?

iwtyo when I learned I’ve been cutting my big toe nails too short, they should be square not rounded?

That’s why I keep getting ingrown toenails! White showing on any of my nails makes me feel really gross, like a sensory type of thing so all my nails are short as possible but I guess I’ll have to grow those two bad boys out
