1986 Peugeot Sitting Bull (Work in Progress)

My pride and joy, my magnum opus. 40 years old and still snapping necks. As far as I can tell there are 4 other ones of these known to still exist and of the 5 (including mine) I have - by absolutely miles - the best original paintwork. I'll treat her good.

This was out on it's cursory ride and I have a few learnings:
• OEM Setpost clamp is shameful. I'll need some carbon paste and possibly even a shim to get this properly tight.
• Brooks Saddles are worth the hype.
• 52 x 18 is hopeless even if you have strong legs. I'll dial back to 48 and see how that feels before going smaller.
• This thing stops on a dime - front brakes are unnecessary.
• 520mm Bullmoose bars are not eat to do a bunny-hoop on?

Anyways, hope you all enjoy.

BEFORE & AFTER: 1996 Raleigh Cyclone

Not totally finished yet. May need to get a pizz rack, a frame bag and probably some yellow brake lines.

But so far just stripped back to core frame and drivetrain for a polish. Then:
• Vuelta Airline 1 wheels my (personal favourite wheels)
• 2'1 Tan walls
• New comfy seat
• Vintage "Bullmoose" handlebars
• ODI Grips & Aluminium ODI bar ends
• Lightweight MTB pedals
• V brakes front and rear
• Metal brake levers
• Single speed conversion
• New chain

Went single speed because I just prefer the predictability and reliability. I'm also not afraid of getting out of the saddle and putting serious torque down to get up a hill. Hopefully some can understand that.

Anyone need an Elders Mark? (For Free)

PS4! I've got like 7 and need to free up room in the stash.

First come first serve. Please don't be a dickhead and take it just to sell it. They're not even worth enough for that to make any sense.
