Need advice from seniors and fellow students: Allegion India (Product-Based) –
I have 15 days and I want to crack it at any cost.
Hey everyone,
Our college has announced an on-campus drive for Allegion India Pvt. Ltd. (Product-Based Company) for the Graduate Engineering Trainee role with a CTC of ₹7.5 LPA.
The selection process is:
\- Online Technical Assessment
\- Group Discussion
\- Technical Interview
\- HR Interview
I have 15 days left to prepare, and I genuinely want to clear this drive and get placed. I'm ready to put in whatever effort it takes over these next two weeks.
I'd really appreciate guidance from anyone who has interviewed at Allegion or similar product-based companies.
\- What topics should I prioritize for the Online Assessment?
\- What level of DSA is usually asked?
\- How important are OOP, DBMS, OS, CN, and aptitude?
\- What are the GD, Technical, and HR rounds like?
\- Any frequently asked questions or resources that helped you?
\- If you had only 15 days, what would your day-by-day preparation plan look like?
Any tips, interview experiences, or mistakes to avoid would mean a lot. Thanks in advance—I really want to make this opportunity count.
