I said something rough in a big fight with my gf ,and i regret for that statement, she started to cry after it

I M(23) and she F(19) we met on a dating app a year ago, we were so lovey dovey for the initial 6 months(Honeymoon stage) after that fights started to happen for no reason, breakup started to happen for no reason, any small misunderstanding or fight would result in Silent treatment given by her, Or it would anyway go to a breakup and each and every time i was the one who went to her after the breakup, to clear the misunderstanding and bring her back.

But she always said that "Tum samajhte nhi mujhe, Tumhe pata hi nhi hota h, main andar hi andar gusaa hu ya udaas hu" without even communicating about it, and i was confused Everytime, i always ask her about her studies, her health, i used to always ask everything about her, family and all, but she never asked a single time like, "Shubham kya tum thik ho?" " Kuch problems chalre h kya?, Never she asked about my family too.

And after 7 months of our relationship i Found out that, she had her Main insta id with around 8k followers, but at the strt when we exchanged our insta Id's she blocked me from her main insta, so i never got her main id before finding out, and never i doubted her or got the need to ask anything, coz i felt we are so good, we talked almost for 4-5 hours everyday, everything was going well, the suddenly she went emotionally unavailable, like never speaking about anything, and if i asked anything about her behavior it would form a fight between uss. Every small thing went into fight, even after finding out that she kept her main insta hidden for don't know what reason, i let that thing fade away, coz i thought "Hum thik hai na, choro"

She made me wait for almost a year to meet with her, everytime she used to say "Main darti hu, Tum nhi smjhoge, Tum agar ladki banoge agle janam main, tab smjh aayega tumhe" and would end the topic about meeting in such way, so during that year, i kept gifts for her, thinking that, someday i would meet her and give her all this things, ut contained Jhumkas, Pinteresty diaries, Her favorite brand makeup kit, Keychains, Bracelet, My handwritten letter which i wrote at 3am night to morning 6 am, and many things which i thought, ki saamne se dunga usey,

And then we planned after a year that we will meet in a month, out of nowhere she cancelled the plan, and it hurted me a lotttt!

Then i sent that things in a parcel, she collected and she was happy to see those things.

Then after some months we started to fight a lot again, Ciz she used to drink and smoke hookah, and i didn't liked it, so i said , I am against all these stuff, don't do, she was like , "Tu kon hota h mujhe bolne vala, kya main itni bigdi hui ladki hu?'" then i said Haa. And after that she started curse and all,

And i said ," **Acha hua tere saath ,breakup hora h abhi, agar aage chalke shaadi bhi hoti, toh 2 mahine mai hi divorce ho jana tha"** after that she started to cry, and went silent,

**and after Some days, She sent a video of, Putting fire in all my given gifts. and said, Thankyou for Everything**

**and seriously, it hurts me a lottt, a lottt, don't know what to do now. It painss**
