Echoes of Reflections
Mental wellbeing is detrimental to survival in the society that is heavily influenced by technology. Free from AI use, this short film explores the raw experience of symptoms of psychosis.
We’re quick to name the unfamiliar and slow to adapt to conflicting realities, depth and darkness, dissonance and duality, creativity, achievement and calm. Perhaps it’s none of these alone but all of these at once. Maybe every version is still the same person, simply observed in a different light. An internal conflict that if accepted can change how we respond to others. A little compassion and empathy goes a long way. Stay for a coffee?

Another leafless tree surrounded by trees with leafs
I keep spotting trees with no leafs surrounded by trees full of them so i am drawn to taking their photo for some reason.

Tried to turn my daughter into a netflix movie cover... 1,2,3,4 or 5?

Lighting and shutter speed practice
Any tips on the correct settings or any tips on where i should position the lighting for shots like this? I used a canon d600 and a purple colour light behind model on left and a red light under models infront of them.

I am full of humble appreciation for everyone who celebrated with me.
Yesterday i graduated with first class hons in Psychology with counselling theory and was awarded an additional award for best second year student.
I took my own time but i got their in the end and at 39 years old am greatful that i have had amazing support to turn my life around.
I have been inspired by you and hopefully now i can inspire you too. Best wishes to all and always do your best because your best is enough.
