DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNNY FLOWER DELIVERY

Ordered flowers for my aunt, who put her beloved dog down. I made my order around 9 am, paid for delivery by 1 pm, and now it is 10 am the next day, and they still have not been delivered. This place is a scam, and I wish I had done better research before ordering. Do not trust them. Extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and a horrible "business" that preys on individuals looking to send a thoughtful gift to a loved one.

Looking for a job more relevant to CJ

Right now, I’m a college student working nearly full-time at a CPA firm. I’ve gained a lot of experience with administrative work, scheduling, client communication, documentation, customer service, etc., but I’m trying to transition into something that feels more relevant to my long-term goals while still being realistic financially.

Basically, I’m trying to find a job that:

  • pays reasonably well ($22 or more an hour)
  • offers substantial tuition assistance
  • still allows me to attend classes
  • preferably has later/flexible shifts because I genuinely hate the 8-5 schedule
  • and gives me some kind of relevant experience in criminal justice/public safety/communications/operations/etc.

Recently I’ve been looking into and applying for things like:

  • emergency dispatch/public safety communications
  • university public safety
  • hospital operations/communications
  • campus security
  • animal control
  • related government/operations jobs

My issue is that it feels really hard to find the overlap between:

  • relevant experience
  • decent pay
  • flexibility with school
  • and substantial tuition assistance

For people who worked during college:

  • are there employers/industries known for genuinely good tuition assistance?
  • did dispatch/public safety jobs work well with college schedules?
  • are there related fields I may not be thinking about?

I’d especially appreciate hearing from people who worked in CJ/public safety/operations-related jobs while finishing school.
