I’m a snakehearted and I would absolutely love to find food that could bring me species euphoria. Snakes eat rats and other small rodents, and obviously I can’t eat those. If you can please recommend me an alternative with a similar look (not taste obviously)

I’m a snakehearted and I’m desperate for more shifts. I usually only have phantom shifts (both voluntary and involuntary) and rarely I’ll have very mild mental shifts. I’ve been having a lot of species dysphoria lately and I really want to shift more, specifically stronger mental shifts and dream shifts. Is it possible to trigger those?
