I genuinely need help

Before I start this, I just want to say I’m autistic and have very terrible memory due to epilepsy and brain trauma. I have played the clarinet for 8 years now yet I still struggle with this and I’m kind of desperate for help now.

I’ve always been terrible at scales. I have two memorized and that’s it. I know that I need to learn them for the class I’m taking soon. I can never remember what the accidentals mean and what notes they turn sharp/flat. And even when I do figure it out I rarely remember the fingerings of those notes. I tried looking some stuff up to help me memorize everything but all it did was confuse and overstimulate me more and now I’m fighting back an autistic meltdown. I just genuinely need help in memorizing everything and figuring out a way to practice.

Just got a new baby!

I just got this beautiful girl a couple days ago! She’s a Diablo blanco with one eclipse eye and one snake eye! According to the place where we got her, she was given up by her past owner and was extremely overweight. She’s still a bit chubby now but we have her on a diet. They don’t know her age but they guess she’s around 3-4 years old. I used to have another gecko when I was younger, but me and my family were uneducated, and he passed away about 2 years after we got him (he was an adult when we got him). It’s been a while since we had a gecko since we’ve been having problems at home but we’re finally able to get one. We did a TON of research and talked to professionals about it and we have the perfect setup for our little girl. We’ve named her Mochi and I’m so happy to finally have another gecko! ❤️
