Was recently reading FAQs of a huge BuiltToRent fancy apartment building and they mentioned that the staff will have fobs to your home but obviously won’t use it…. (Unless an emergency). Is this common? Is this a huge red flag?

Okay so I met a nice/ charming guy and we hit it off really well. Cut to a couple dates and conversations later - my friends started feeling that this guy is either actively using drugs or just in recovery. There did seem to be some strong signs - for eg., getting the shakes while in bed, saying things that glorify drug use, Freudian slips etc. however the smoking gun was the way this guy mentioned his history of addiction but saying he’s been clean last 15 years. I guess my question is - how do you know if someone is using drugs/ lying about it? Are there any telltale signs?
I’m moving to London soon and I came across Vantage Point Islington- I loved the modern feel, the managed amenities, the reviews of the area etc. Are there similar brands/ developments in decent areas with studio flats? My budget can extend to 2k£ - 2.3k£. The Vantage is over 2.5k£ for a studio which seemed pricey to me?

I’ve been looking into their HCI course which has a good curriculum, however no one seems to have heard of this uni which makes me a bit alarmed. Anyone here applied to this course/ uni or have any insights to share?

I reckon anywhere between 80-100k for senior and above that for Lead is fair. But most postings cap at 60 for senior?!
