In my opinion, I think he suffered one of three fates off screen:
He was killed by Chris Walker.
He was killed by one of Murkoff’s Tactical Division members.
He was killed by the Walrider.

The reason why I believe this is because of a few reasons.
Gigan: The Muto's have Gigan's aspects such as his eye visor, his beak shaped mouth, hook hands, and the Male Muto being able to fly which are all aspects that Gigan has.
Biollante: Titan X has Biollante's aspects such as having a crocodile-like head, tendrils, and being a female Kaiju which are all aspects that Biollante has.
Not to mention, their skipping right to SpaceGodzilla who debut after Gigan and Biollante for the next movie is also telling me that Gigan and Biollante will be absent from having Monsterverse incarnations.
However, this is all just my speculation. I could be wrong as time goes by, but who knows.
Would they each be able to survive against any of the enemies in the Asylum? Or would they fall victim?
