However if it does have significantly improved ANC that's probably worth the money to me but just realizing I paid $430 for the 5 and probably going to get barely $100 from the used 4....

It sounds great it's just a little too quiet, I've messed with the EQ and also found turning off the Dolby Atmos / immersive will make it a little louder but still just not getting the volume I want out of it... Anyone have any suggestions?

Does it clamp tighter than the 4 or is it just because my four had been stretched out of it? Those would not stay on my head and these feel a bit more stable but I could just be imagining it

Offered me a bill credit, a discount on future bills for 2 years and a complimentary Samsung ultra.

Spent 2 hours on the phone, and did issue a bill credit but now it looks like they have taken that money back. They also mailed me a Samsung ultra and had the package returned to sender, so I have no idea what is going on here and technically have just wasted a bunch of time on the phone with them for nothing

Wondering when we purchase the house how the setup of insurance is best handled. Buying it in cash, no mortgage/bank involved.
Right now I have renters insurance through State farm, I'm not sure if I just call them and tell them I want to upgrade the full-blown homeowners insurance, or if I need to shop around, or really any advice needed here, thanks!
