So suddenly since yesterday, my games like Forza Horizon 6, GTA V, and Cyberpunk have been crashing instantly on startup with c0000005 access violation and BEX64 stackhash errors. (honestly idk what that means, had AI analyze the dumps and logs)

It kinda happened out of the blue, idk if it's because of some random microslop updates and whatnot.

To rule out software, I did a clean GPU driver install using DDU, did in-place Windows repair, disabled conflicting background services like AntiCheatExpert, disabled steam and nvidia overlays and adjusted exploit protection settings and defender.

I saw high count of PCIe bus receiver errors in HWInfo across lanes 0 through 7. However, running FurMark full load didn't increase the error count. Not sure if this is related in any way, but just added as info.

Some interesting things are that PUBG runs fine, GTA 5 enhanced runs one out of a few times, then when I enter settings then back in-game, or I alt tab out and in, it crashes almost all of the time. FH6, I haevn't been able to get pass the initial screen. It just crashes after 1 frame of the menu, same with GTA after loading the world.
