I made a free private journal for tracking an older dog’s quality of life over time
Small changes in an older dog can be hard to notice when you see them every day. I made GOODDAYS because I wanted a really simple way to keep those details in one place.
It lets you score seven quality of life categories, mark each day as good, okay, or hard, and record appetite, water, and notes. The charts make it easier to look back at the pattern instead of trying to remember how things felt a few weeks ago.
It is totally free and runs entirely in the browser. There is no login, account, or tracking, and the journal stays on your own device.
This is not a diagnostic tool and it does not replace veterinary care. My hope is that it helps people bring clearer observations to conversations with their vet.
There is an example journal when you open it, so you can look around before starting your own.

I would really appreciate feedback from people caring for aging dogs, especially on which health changes you find most useful to track.
