You’d think we were going for an R.I.D.E but no. We’re hanging outside in the yard and these two nerds would rather hang out here instead😆
Hey nerds. I’m a stay at home mom with a bachelors in communications. I did a mixed major with some courses in PR/marketing.
Prior background was in the finance industry creating internal knowledgebase resources and training materials, which I enjoy doing. I like organizing and creating materials in this capacity.
I am eager to contribute to my household again, looking for something part time, flexible, and remote. Glassdoor and Indeed are depressing.
What types of industries/jobs should I be looking for? Are there any certifications or courses you’d recommend? Tips? Help me be productive again!
Hey everyone.
I shoot using a R6 MKii and need recommendations for a good macro lens. Ideally budget friendly.
I shoot commercially tiny little pieces of body jewelry and have been using a macro for my phone but I hate it.
I have the nifty 50 and a 24-105 lens currently. Example of my work and what I need a good zoom for to capture tiny details.
Well guys. It happened. I accidentally sh*t my pants.
I’m three weeks post-op and very much still figuring out what screws with my tummy. I ate some sautéed Cajun shrimp for lunch made at home & some raw mini cucumbers (not my first meal today). My tummy was rumbling like I had gas. Twas not gas in my ass. VERY glad I was actually home.
Needless to say, if you’re post-op and get the rumbles, don’t trust a fart.
‘Sup gall gang.
TLDR: I’m curious what foods were unexpected that you could no longer tolerate after?
I’m almost 3 weeks post-op & it’s been relatively uneventful. However, I’ve had a few bouts of GI distress since that’s comparable to still having my gallbladder 😩
I ate a measly 1/2 sandwich on sourdough, ham, cheese, mustard, mayo, and tomato. I proceeded to be confined to the bathroom violently ill for an hour within 10 minutes of eating it. Now the guessing game of what didn’t agree.
Husband out of town for two weeks. No protein in sight.
I’m a gal of simple taste- presenting the quintessential buttered noods with a shimmy of parm & black peppie 🤌🏻

I wash my hands ALOT. I mean, between washing dishes, baby cups, washing my hands after the bathroom, my hands are in water an insane amount during the day.
No matter what I do, gloves included, my hands are so awfully dry. My fingers are rough and skin is splitting by my nail.
What can I do to help?
This is pickles. Pickles is a phat bastard who loves the baby’s snacks and has no shame in taking offerings from tiny hands.
Baby bro doesn’t skimp on the snackies. These chumps are front and center always🤣
Shark week + teething baby + wrangling 1yo at the zoo + too hot day= ass whooped
Indian food that was so good that I can’t wait to eat it for breakfast tomorrow. I’m a simp😩
I, a former cottage cheese hater, raise you honey sriracha chips and cottage cheese.
Seriously, I could kiss you on the mouth for suggesting chips as a vessel for the foul lumps.
Bonjour. My baby just turned one and there for a while, when he would wake in the night, we could soothe him and put him back in his crib to sleep the remainder of the night.
The last month and a half, we’ve been able to put him down in his bed, but he’s waking 2ish times a night. When we soothe to put back down, he instantly pops awake and wails crying wanting to cling to us.
It’s been impossible for us to put him back in his bed, and just so we can get sleep, we’ve been bringing him to our bed. We have not been able to successfully lay him back down in his bed during the middle of the night in WEEKS. It hurts my heart to hear him cry like that so I give in and snuggle him in our bed.
We’ve tried:
-leaving a hand on him, patting
-chair right by crib
-pick up/put down
He takes 1/2 naps a day and doesn’t feed overnight anymore.
Help! The lack of sleep is messing with my brain. I just need tips to make this better for us all.
In other Gate 3 news, the new greenway extension at Redstone Rd to Green Cove is now ready to use!
It’s nice and smooth pavement, but not a lot of shade cover. Bring bug spray! It was cool to see others using it this morning 🤗
One meal prep I don’t get sick of. You can do so many variations to it: taco style, burger bowl, different seasonings/sauce.
This is my fave. In order:
•roasted sweet potatoes tossed in Goya/avocado oil
•90% lean beef & ground venison mix pan fried with onions, mushrooms, Worcestershire, seasonings of choice, and a bag of frozen riced cauliflower
•scoop of cottage cheese
•toppings- my faves are candied jalapeño, pickled hot pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and a small drizzle of hot honey.
I mix it all up once in the bowl and it’s MONEY✨
As a repeated cauliflower rice and cottage cheese hater, this is one way I’ll definitely chow down on it😂
My brain is craving stimulation. Think: science fun facts, supernatural conspiracy theories, health & wellness hot topics, self improvement, Mark Rober/Cleo Abrahms type. I want to learn something cool or theories tested.
I’m usually a crime podcast girly, but I’m so bored and need something more intellectually stimulating.
This is Pickles. We took him in off the streets, fresh baby, 4 years ago this week🤗
Aka: Pickle Rick, picky wikky, phat boi, & phat bastard when he’s being naughty.
He is a certified biscuit maker, blanket sucker, snack thief, and cool dude.
This handsome brainless squish turns 3 today!
His name is Hopper but we call him PP, hoppin’ pops, peepee poopoo, and peep. His personality is like dropping a mentos in a bottle of coke, but he’s also a big lover boy.
Happy Birthday Peep!
