How were you introduced to vampires?

I was introduced to vampires through Batman vs Dracula when I was 11 or 12. This was during a huge superhero phase I had, but Batman vs Dracula introduced me to Dracula, and I became obsessed with vampires because I thought it was SO COOL. (I still like Batman vs Dracula. Watched it again recently and wondered why I was even allowed to watch it at 11 or 12-)

In 6th grade, I was in a haunted house for theater class, and was cast as a vampire, which only fueled my obsession with vampires.

I'm 19 now, and I still love vampires. Even my latest DND character is a vampire!

So, how were you introduced to vampires?

What are the best places to buy binders?

I, 19 NB, am still living with my parents, and experience top dysphoria. Some days are definitely better than others, but when my dysphoria is bad, it's BAD. I mostly deal with it by wearing baggy shirts and slouching to hide my chest. (I basically walk around like Ryuk from Death Note from time to time. Yes, my back hates me for constantly going into what I call shrimp mode). I used to wear two sports bras to bind, but they made it hard to breathe, so I stopped. I did try using duct tape once, but that was PAINFUL to take off.

I can't chest bind yet since my parents are majorly homophobic and transphobic, and I haven't come out to them, but whenever I can, I'm looking to finally start chest binding properly. What are the best places to buy a binder for someone who's never done proper chest binding?

Is there an anesthetic that actually works the way chloroform does in movies?

I recently found out that chloroform isn't an instant knockout, the way it is in movies (yk, someone holding a chloroform-soaked rag over a person's nose and mouth to knock them out), but now I'm wondering if there's an anesthetic that actually works that way.

Is there an anesthetic that works like that, or something similar, or is it just Hollywood being dramatic again?

OC for my Batfam fic

I'm in the early stages of writing a Batman next-gen au, which is still in the early stages of development (I'll post the link when it's posted), and previously drew a group of villains for it. You can find that post here.

But you can't have supervillains without a superhero, so I drew an OC I created named Audrey: she's Damian's half-sister and Bruce and Selina's daughter. (Please send help, I can't stop making OCs or ship kids-)

Villains for my Batfam fic

I'm writing a Batman next-gen au where Bruce is getting too old to fight, so Damian takes over as Batman, and an OC of mine, Audrey (who's Bruce and Selina Kyle's daughter... because I love making ship kids. Say what you want about it being cringe, but I enjoy it.) is Robin. The Joker is also getting too old to fight, so he recruited some new villains from Arkham to be his underlings.

These are the villains I created:

P.S.: This fic is in the early stages of development, so things about these characters might change. I just wanted to share these villains I created.

I love a good enemies-to-lovers fic as much as anyone else, but I feel like a lot of them just skip over the fact that the couple needs to build a friendship first before a romance... If you can't tell, I love a good slow-burn romance: one that takes time to build their relationship, but doesn't take an eternity to get the ball rolling.

For reference, Luz and Amity (aka Lumity) from The Owl House is a good example for enemies/rivals to friends to lovers, so are there any Drarry fics like this? (Preferably on AO3)
