Character he's based on: The Enchantress (Beauty and the Beast)

Signature Spell: Beauty Revealed 

When he deems someone "ugly" within, he temporarily transforms one visible trait into something symbolic. Examples: Liar = Snake Eyes, Coward = Rabbit Ears, Thief/Greed = Tentacle Arms (yk, for having "sticky fingers"), etc. 

The catch? It's all based on Sylvain's perspective. Doesn't matter if he's right or not; they're cursed anyway.

He has a strong sense of justice and beliefs about right and wrong. He's willing to protect those being mistreated and punish wrongdoers. Still, he's incredibly judgmental and impulsive, cursing people without a second thought when he believes they deserve punishment.

His family comes from a long line of enchanters known for their cruel and unusual punishments. They believe anything less creates repeat offenders.

This idea was passed on to him, and now he uses his magic to punish anyone he believes deserves it. 

But what he really needs to learn is that he can't just jump to conclusions and needs to think before he acts. His intentions are noble, but he needs to control himself before causing serious damage.

I originally made him a lighter blonde, but it blended with his skin tone too much, and he looked like Vil with green eyes, so I made his hair darker. Now, I made his hair more yellow, and made his eyes a lighter green to look more like The Enchantress when she's disguised, so hopefully that solves the Cater look-alike issue enough that I don't have to try and fix it again.)!<

I, 19 NB, am a CSA survivor. It was extremely traumatic, and I was constantly told to "forgive my assailant", or that I shouldn't feel bad because "there's people dying". I felt so alone and invalidated, so I simply hid everything.

When I got into BG3, I instantly became attached to Astarion. He's a zesty vampire, what's not to love?... But then I got deeper into his story and only grew more attached to him, because I found out he's also an SA victim, a male one at that (which is surprising, because male SA victims are often played for laughs in media), and I absolutely love the care Larian put into his storyline.

He's never told to forgive Cazador, or made to feel that he shouldn't feel bad about his trauma because "there's people going through worse", he's simply allowed to exist and heal. He cares deeply about consent and rightfully gets upset if you violate his. He goes into autopilot and dissociates when he's forced into uncomfortable situations, like sleeping with the drow twins or biting Araj Oblodra after he explicitly said he didn't want to, and he talks about how romance feels tainted because of how often he was forced to use his body to fulfil Cazador's demands.

In his Origin playthrough, you can see the way it affects him more clearly, especially the moment where Astarion has a nightmare about Cazador. I may not have been in his exact situation, but I understand what he was feeling in that moment, and it felt validating to see a character like him handled with such care.

Astarion also gets to do what many people never find the strength to do: confront his assailant. It's an incredibly terrifying and often retraumatizing thing to do, so seeing him actually find the strength to confront Cazador is a surprisingly powerful moment. I could only dream of confronting my assailant the way he did.

But what really got the tears flowing for me is one simple line, the moment after you fight the Dark Urge and stop yourself from killing Astarion. "You're not alone in this—none of us are." The scene had nothing to do with any of my experiences, and yet I nearly started crying because it's something I've needed to hear for nearly 12 damn years.

I love Astarion as a character and felt validated by him, because seeing a character like him depicted with such care and sensitivity shows that there are people who see you and that there are people who care.

I'm glad he exists, because it was healing to see a character who went through something like me be able to heal and grow beyond his past, and take back what he lost.

I, 19 NB, feel like I was much happier before I lost 40+ lbs. I'm 5'3, 140 lbs, and I used to be 187 lbs. I don't regret being healthier or reaching my goal, I'm proud of myself for that, but I feel like losing weight has made me stop enjoying certain things.

I no longer enjoy eating certain foods, wearing swimsuits, showing my legs/thighs, or wearing certain clothes. I may have gone down three sizes and may be at a healthy weight, but I still have a fat stomach, and I feel like I was happier about my body before my senior year of high school, when people started calling me Moby Dick, criticizing the food I was eating, and making snide comments about my appearance, even including the way I walk/run.

Those insults made me want to lose weight, so after graduating, I started restricting my food intake, working out every day, and weighing myself every morning and after every meal.

But now that I've lost the weight? I have an unhealthy relationship with food and the scale, I'm anxious about weight gain, and I feel horrible. I'm happy that I'm healthier now, but I wish I could go back to when I was actually happy about my appearance. I worked so hard to lose the weight and am proud of myself for it, but now I just wish I could be happy with my body and not constantly microanalyze myself and point out every single flaw.

I got an idea to make a strawberry shortcake cookie based on those strawberry shortcake ice cream bars with the pink and white crumbles on the outside. But the thing is, idk what to do to make the crumble without just buying it in bulk (I don't think I'll be able to use a 4 lb bag of strawberry shortcake crumbles before it goes bad-).

What are some ways I could mimic that crumble on the outside of those strawberry shortcake ice cream bars?

I wanted to redesign the AI slop that is "Fruit Love Island", but I was really struggling with it, so I found another AI slop show called "Candy Love Island", which is the same thing but with candy. I'm creating original characters based on different candies. It's not a redesign per se, but I thought it would be fun to take AI slop and add the human element back into it.

I finished drawing the girls, so now I'm starting the boys. There are six girls, and there's gonna be six boys.

Candies I've already done: Lollipop (Poppi), Sour Belts (Sourbella), Marshmallow (Marsha), Caramel (Caramilla), Peppermint (Mina), Rock Candy (Roxie), Jaw Breaker (Jason), KitKat (Kit), and Cola Gummies (Cole).

What other candies could I turn into characters for the remaining boys?

For me, it':

Ramona Flowers (from Scott Pilgrim) and Mira (from Kpop Demon Hunters... How perfect, the two girls with pink hair got together)

Astarion (from Baldur's Gate 3) and Chai Latte (I have a few personified food Miis, and Chai Latte is one of them. They now have two kids: a son named Corentin and a daughter named Pyaari)

Stella and Bloom (from Winx Club, they now have a daughter named Lux)

and Emily (from Stardew Valley) and Matcha Latte (Chai Latte's older sister. They also have a younger brother named Caramel Latte... Funnily enough, Chai Latte and Matcha Latte often get together with friends at the restaurant to gossip... THE SISTERS NAMED AFTER TEAS GET TOGETHER TO SPILL THE TEA)

Haley from Stardew Valley might end up with a crush on Rarity from My Little Pony, and I hope she does because Rarity is in love with Preminger from Barbie in The Princess and The Pauper, and I want drama-

I'm writing a Batfam fic that's basically a next-gen AU, and is still in the early stages of brainstorming and development.

I'm diverging from canon a bit, but let's be honest, what piece of Batman media HASN'T picked bits and pieces of Batman lore to create something new? It's nothing world-breaking, but I just felt I should say something about it before I get questions.

Basically, Damian is now 29 and is the new Batman, since Bruce, who's around 54, is retiring from the cowl. He has a 16-year-old half-sister, Audrey, who's Bruce and Selina's daughter (because Batcat is one of my favorite ships-), and she's the current Robin. Damian prefers working alone, so Audrey is only Robin temporarily, so she can get the hang of being a vigilante and become a solo hero named Sparrowhawk.

I love making ship kids and OCs, please don't judge me. I actually made her when I was around 8 or 9 and started watching BTAS at my grandparents' house over the summer. I'm 19 now, and I revamped her after rediscovering her and a few villain OCs I made around that time. I thought she could be a good character, and I'm back in my Batman hyperfixation since Marvel just isn't cutting it anymore, so I'm finally doing something with these characters.

I also plan to write a solo fic with Audrey as Sparrowhawk, but I'll see how I feel about it later down the line.

Some other characters I plan to include (along with my OCs):

Carrie Kelly, who's the new Batwoman after Kate Kane. I think she'd probably be a little older than Tim Drake, so she'd probably be in her 30s around this time.

Mar'i Grayson, who's around 14 in this AU (I'm not shipping her with Damian. I just think it's a little weird to ship Batman's son with Dick Grayson's daughter, but I wanted to include her because I love DickKory. Sorry, Damian and Mar'i shippers...). She lives in Blüdhaven with Dick and Kori, but she flies to Gotham sometimes to hang out with the Batfam.

Tyler Sharpe, who's an OC, is a Juvenile delinquent who was arrested for aggravated robbery with some school "friends". He was essentially peer-pressured into joining them in the robbery because he didn't want to lose his friends, but their friendship fell apart after they were arrested and kept blaming each other for getting caught. But since Bruce can't seem to stop taking kids in, he makes a deal to let Tyler spend his 5-year sentence in Wayne Manor to be rehabilitated. He then finds out the Batfamily secret and becomes a vigilante hero named Lynx. (I also might ship him with Audrey, but that's still up in the air. I'll see how I'm feeling about it later down the line. If they don't end up a couple, he's most likely just gonna be her vigilante partner when she's Sparrowhawk. He'd be her partner either way, but them being a couple is still up in the air.)

Commissioner Patel, another OC. She's the new commissioner at the GCPD, after Commissioner Gordon retired. She moved to Gotham shortly after finishing police training and climbed the ranks to become the commissioner by the time she was 30, being probably one of the youngest commissioners in GCPD history.

This isn't a complete list, because I'm still brainstorming and thus don't have all the details figured out (I'll update this post as I go), but I'm ofc gonna add the Batfam staples: Dick, Barbara, Jason, Tim, Steph, Cass, Duke, etc. You know em', you love em'. (Also, I'm not getting rid of Alfred. He's too much of an icon, and I can't bring myself to not include him!)

But who are some other characters I should include?

P.S. I'm not limiting myself to only Batman characters, because my main point of inspo is the Wayne Family Adventures webtoon, which includes characters not exclusive to Batman... And it's one of the only webtoons I actually like-

What do you think she's the fairy of?

I, 19 NB, am still living with my parents, and experience top dysphoria. Some days are definitely better than others, but when my dysphoria is bad, it's BAD. I mostly deal with it by wearing baggy shirts and slouching to hide my chest. (I basically walk around like Ryuk from Death Note from time to time. Yes, my back hates me for constantly going into what I call shrimp mode). I used to wear two sports bras to bind, but they made it hard to breathe, so I stopped. I did try using duct tape once, but that was PAINFUL to take off.

I can't chest bind yet since my parents are majorly homophobic and transphobic, and I haven't come out to them, but whenever I can, I'm looking to finally start chest binding properly. What are the best places to buy a binder for someone who's never done proper chest binding?

I, 19, still live with my parents, and am Nonbinary and Lesbian. My parents are homophobic and transphobic, so I've been worried about getting any pride jewelry. I also have a girlfriend, but my parents just think she's my "best friend".

I still want to have some kind of pride jewelry, but since I still live with my parents, I want it to be incognito: yk, like hidden pride flags or phrases they wouldn't get. Like a sort of silent rebellion.

I was introduced to vampires through Batman vs Dracula when I was 11 or 12. This was during a huge superhero phase I had, but Batman vs Dracula introduced me to Dracula, and I became obsessed with vampires because I thought it was SO COOL. (I still like Batman vs Dracula. Watched it again recently and wondered why I was even allowed to watch it at 11 or 12-)

In 6th grade, I was in a haunted house for theater class, and was cast as a vampire, which only fueled my obsession with vampires.

I'm 19 now, and I still love vampires. Even my latest DND character is a vampire!

I recently found out that chloroform isn't an instant knockout, the way it is in movies (yk, someone holding a chloroform-soaked rag over a person's nose and mouth to knock them out), but now I'm wondering if there's an anesthetic that actually works that way.

Is there an anesthetic that works like that, or something similar, or is it just Hollywood being dramatic again?

I'm writing a Batman next-gen au where Bruce is getting too old to fight, so Damian takes over as Batman, and an OC of mine, Audrey (who's Bruce and Selina Kyle's daughter... because I love making ship kids. Say what you want about it being cringe, but I enjoy it.) is Robin. The Joker is also getting too old to fight, so he recruited some new villains from Arkham to be his underlings.
