help with Bear Build

So I'm already at level 34 and about to travel to Ard Skelig for the last quarter of the main quest but have yet to choose a Witcher Gear. Initially, I was leaning towards a versatile build, hence a Wolven build. However, as of lately, I noticed my gameplay revolves around mainly on strong attacks with fast attacks and spam quen (and a bit of igni) along with a lot of potions.

I have invested mostly in the combat skills and then 6 in the sign abilities. I want to transition into the Bear Build. Could I possibly turn this around? What skills should I invest in next? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

what Far Cry should I purchase?

This will be my first into the Far Cry franchise, and I've always been meaning to play it. Since it's steam summer sale, I'm debating whether I should choose Far Cry 5 or 4. Far Cry 5 has better graphics, but I've read reviews na Far Cry 4 has better storyline.

haul this steam summer sale

First time sa steam summer sale and there's so many games to choose from. I already picked GoW and tatlo na lang kailangan.

I'm debating whether I should choose Far Cry 5 or 4. Far Cry 5 has better graphics, but I've read reviews na Far Cry 4 has better storyline. This will be my first in this franchise.

Now, they are two unrelated games, but I can't seem to choose. Of course, I wanna play as Batman since I was a kid and ngayon lang may opportunity. In the meantime, I want to try something new, and a Plague Tale piqued my interest.

first time into steam summer sale

I took some time into looking at these games, and I'm mostly fond of them. I don't know if I should get Far Cry or Uncharted. Both of them have great stories, and I like adventure, survival type of games with FPS added to it. And I'm also contemplating whether I'll pick up COD or Days Gone. I've been reading good reviews about Days Gone, and people get hooked with it.

Other than that, what do you think about the games in my cart?

Horizon Zero Dawn or Cyberpunk 2077

Steam summer sale is coming up, and I'm planning to snatch a few games – God of War & Days Gone. For the last one, I'm contemplating whether I should i get Horizon Zero Dawn or Cyberpunk 2077.

I've watched a few clips for HZD, and the concept of hunting machines while being in a prehistoric era intrigued me, especially the skill system.

Likewise for Cyberpunk having sci-fi, dystopian setting. Not to mention, it has the same developer as the Witcher 3, which I really loved playing.

Should I buy Horizon Zero Dawn?

I'm planning to snatch some games, and I've been meaning to get Horizon Zero Dawn for quite some time now, and it's currently on sale in steam. I watched a few playthroughs and came to like the game, esp the skill sets.

But at the same time, I've read reviews of the gameplay not being that good and the story being meh.

settings while gaming?

What settings should I toggle while playing? I've been playing with the CPU in 'Balanced Mode' running at 78°C to 82° (which I think might be overheating). Should I use Turbo Mode for the fan? For the GPU, it's running 66°C to 70°C on 'Standard Mode'.

What about Nvidia? What should I check there? I've only been playing the Witcher 3 so far on 60 fps and I'm new to gaming at that.

recommended key bindings

I know everyone's excited for the Songs of the Past, and I am, too. I just started playing the Witcher 3, and I am loving it so far. My only issue is the key bindings. I can not get used to it at all, especially the dodge and strong attack.

For those who played it several times, what key bindings can you recommend that feels more 'natural'?

holy just bought these for 30$

I didn't expect to purchase these many games for 30$ from Steam. I'm still new to gaming, but it's going to be a feast.

Edit: Can I play these games offline?

it's time to play!

I've always wanted to own a Playstation, but due restrictions, I couldn't. Well, it's not a Playstation, but I finally have my own gaming laptop, and I'm excited to try out several games!

I've always been intrigued with open world RPG/Fantasy/FPS games, so I purchased The Witcher 3 and DOS2 as they were on sale. Now, I'm contemplating whether I should get either Red Dead Redemption 2 or God of War or Titalfall 2 next.

I made a list of games I'm interested in, and I'm open to suggestions on what to play next.

the witcher 3 offline installer

So I bought The Witcher 3 as my first game from GOG and wanted to know if I can install it offline since I've read reviews that you can through GOG.

After purchasing and downloading the game, it turned out to be the online version of it.

Is the one marked red the offline version of it?

MSI Afterburner + G-helper

Hi all. I'm new to gaming and wanted to ask if MSI Afterburner and G-helper can co-exist together?

I've already been using G-helper, but would like to use Afterburner to check the condition of my laptop while playing.

Should I purchase DOS2?

I just bought my very first gaming laptop, and all that's left is to install games. I've always wanted to play an adventure/fantasy game. While on steam, a notif popped up saying that DOS2 is on sale for about roughly 10$. Should I purchase it? I've heard pretty good reviews about the game, but I would love to know more about it.

EDIT: Thanks for the feedback! Just purchased the game!!

which options should I choose from?

I just bought my own laptop, and I'm still new to gaming. How should I optimize or maximize the CPU and GPU based on the given modes?

For CPU:

- In idle, should I keep it silent or balanced? For the CPU boost, do you guys disable it? I've read that it keeps the CPU at low temps.

- What about in gaming? Should I keep it in turbo?

As for the GPU:

- When in idle, should I keep it in eco or just stick with optimized in case the dgpu needs to run?

Looking for insights.

silent or balanced mode?

Hi all. I have a question regarding the CPU temp. When should I use silent or balanced mode? Recently, I've been on video calls with friends and realized that while my laptop is on silent mode, the CPU runs on 47-49°C. I tried with balanced mode, and I'm now getting 41-43°C. I'm still new to this as I just bought the laptop whiel I'm also trying to configure and understand g-helper.
