New seller scam on Amazon

Beware of the new scam.

You return the phone you bought, seller send a photo of another (similar) phone that has a pin lock and claims the phone you sent them has pin and so it is against their policy and they can't refund you because they have dispose the device.

And when you charge back, that photo is enough evidence and your bank won't side with you and so you loose the device and your money.

Alway record a continuous video of yourself factory reset the device and handing it to the shipping person.

This is the world we live in nowadays. You have to record everything you do in your everyday in life just in case that you may need to proof you are innocent.

II've encounters many players with 15ms or less latency and I noticed their timing And their animation is a bit off and since I play on 120 fps TV that little bit becomes a big deal. I end up missing most of parry because my muscle memory uses to 30ms plus latency.

Question is, is it because of their low latency and how the global clock puts them in earlier time stamp And so because of how the input latency as a whole skips their animation or is it something else?

I'm always on 40ms
