Sabimaru: What am I missing? I feel like I'm short changing myself here....or is it just not that effective?

I want to love this prosthetic. The look , the fell, the concept. I absolutely adore status effects. Why do I feel like it's a dud? It gets blocked 99% of the time and poisons just about no one. As far as souls like goes, sekiro is more grounded, I thought more enemies and bosses would be weak to status effects. What am I missing? Put me on the correct path, teach the way!

I've been playing strategies off and on for decades . I've played all the classics upto the modern hits. But rts news seems kinda quiet lately. Are there new top games coming?

What's going to be the next eugen, coh, or goh-ish game? Are there any scheduled releases. What would like to see in the future?. I personally would like an up to nam or Korea. For scify I'd like a star wars in an almost c&c format

Steel division n44. How to get started?: coming from goh and coh series , eugen are a much more grand and tactical platform. But "How" to play?

By now I've realized that range is a definitely a factor. Does the game revolve around ranges? Or is it the rock paper scissors, where my AT beats your tank, but your troops beat my AT? Is it line of sight?

Experienced players, give me your top 5 SD tips. What would you do to git gud?

Thinking of getting sudden strike 5. Is it strategic or just a blob fest. Is it worth the $$. Is there 1p skirmish?

Coming from company of heroes line. I've ran it to death. I've done gates of hell and the eugen stuff

Standard RTS Tips: I've been playing strategies off and on for decades. These 3 tips always seem to be a constant. Please add to this list for the new and old alike.

1: (Have a plan.) The second you find out where you'll be on the map , concoct a plan. Even if that plan sucks, have a goal. Ie.."I'm going to take that bridge. Blow up the cabin for vision range, and keep them from coming down the left side" . That's a plan! 2: (learn the hotkeys.) If you got shrapneled for being a fraction of a second late because you were moving the cursor over the HUD instead of just pressing "R"....it's your fault. Hotkeys, hotkeys, hotkeys. 3: (don't forget to spend your points.) I see this a lot . Unless you've reached pop cap, spend it. If you're sitting on 1000 points there's a good chance the enemy has a couple more units than you on the field.

Please add your favorite tips for all of us!

Sub $40 pedal that blew you away?: you got a pedal that you couldn't believe at that price point?

Mine was the sonicake fazy cream. I thought it was just a Muff clone. But the second I stomped It i could hear the difference. Not to sound cliche, but it lives upto its name...it really is creamy fuzz! They should of charged $150

Overhyped BS: what's a piece of gear that was all the rave, praised like an idol but turned out to be a complete dud in your vision? Just wasn't for you.

I was looking for a phaser , did a little research, and of course the mxr phase 90 kept coming. So I scored. Now, I'm not saying it's bad......but it was really....ok-ish. Like a 5 maybe. Not seeing what all the drool is about, or what sets it apart . Definitely doesn't denote $100. Maybe I'm just chorus guy
