This isn’t every character, (obviously) it’s mostly the ones I’m passionate about, or that I have ones that I have a considerable amount of knowledge of.

I like to think he calls her his “Lovely Lady.” She thinks it dorky, but it always makes her feel beautiful.

these frames are some of my favorites from the show. Lois’s face on the top one is the best her face is ever drawn. Her eyes are much bigger, and the way her face is animated in that scene is so expressive and charming.
The bottom frame speaks for itself. That face is just perfect, and I wish more reactions in the show looked this fun and crazy.
This drives me especially nuts because I don’t think Batman & Superman work as a duo work when they’re BOTH serious. When you do that, there’s no contrast between the two, and their disagreements feel more forced. On top of that, it never seems like the two are friends when both are characterized like that.
Yet we have these really kind, enjoyable Supermen who would do great with a Bats of their own, and yet, nothing.
These can be for the good future or bad future versions.
Here are mine:
After Eradicator was defeated, and the future was fixed rewritten again, Jon was rewritten to be like his original self again, and while Lara is much happier and softer, she still has quite a bit of that moodiness and awkwardness from the original timeline.
Lara is still closer to Lois in the good timeline, but Clark can always, without fail, make her smile. (Either from his kindness and earnestness, or his dad jokes.)
Lara’s favorite superhero is Batman, and she absolutely flips when she learns her dad is best friends with him.
I will be honest, 90 percent of mine is just the MAwS family. I can’t help it, I love what that show did with Superman’s family!

for me, it’s Superman from My Adventures with Superman, and Barban from BTAS. They’re my two favorite versions of Bats & Supes, and I think their personalities would compliment each other very well.
BTAS Batman is good, classic Batman. He’s stoic, imposing and intelligent, but still compassionate & earnest. He also has an excellent dry humor.
MAwS Superman keeps a lot of those boyscout sensibilities that would clash with Batman’s more underhanded methods of solving/fighting crime, though he’s also a lot softer and more openly kind than his STAS counterpart, which is why I think he and BTAS Batman would compliment each other very well. They would probably have a rough meeting, but would likely come to respect & enjoy each other’s company pretty quickly.
This is concept art for MAwS. To me, this is a perfect Superman design, just taking that simple, classic Superman look, add just a lining to give it a more alien look, it’s perfect.
I do love all three suits featured in the show, but I really wish they went with this instead.
I think every season of My Adventures with Superman is great, and I think each season gets better and better than the last, but season 1 has one thing the other two don’t.
The first season had the best tone, it felt the most like we were just watching the daily life of Clark, Lois & Jimmy. Everything felt a little bit slower, calmer, and the chemistry between everyone felt the most grounded and enjoyable. There was a really fun whimsy to everything, and the humor felt more laid back and more understated, but still funny. It felt more like real life.
That’s one area I think the other seasons falter. I get they’re telling much bigger stories, but even in the smaller moments, I feel like there’s a lot less of that mellow, day in the life atmosphere. All the smaller moments just happen à but too quick in later seasons, without some of that same realism the first season had.
No hate to seasons 2 & 3 though, still love them, and there is tons of stuff they do miles better than season 1.
I don’t know why I love the Krptonian armor so much, but it’s awesome! The layout of the segmenting is a bit weird, but the color scheme is gorgeous, and a golden Superman cape is something I never knew I wanted.
Personally, season 1 & 3 are tied for me. Season 3 is objectively the best, in terms of the stories, character development, and the God-tier action, though I most enjoyed how character focused season 1 was, as even if it was in it’s infancy, Lois & Clark’s relationship got the most focus and felt the most enjoyable. there was also a really wonderful slice of life vibe to it that I feel is really absent from season’s 2 & 3.
Season 2 is really great, though I feel it doesn’t get to its best until we get to all the stuff with Kara & Brainiac. It also has the least small character moments out of all 3 seasons, which loses it some points for me.
I feel like most people would say they prefer Superman in a more simple fabric suit and for Batman, one that’s a bit more detailed or tactical.
Oddly enough, I think the opposite is true for me! I prefer the slightly more detailed alien suits (particularly the My Adventures with Superman suits) and simple fabric suits for Batman. I think it’s because I prefer more bombastic + sci-fi stories and aesthetics for Superman, and more classic comic book aesthetics and stories for Batman.
My favorite shows for them are My Adventures with Superman & Batman the Animated series, which would also explain why.
Specifically the kind with the symbol on the back.
Obviously, you can’t find that at JC Penny, so I wanted to know if some good online shops to find that kind of thing. I’m looking for something fairly well made, for a reasonable price.
I hope Lara appears in more stories.
Also, I headcanon that Batman is her favorite superhero, and she gets crazy excited when she learns her dad is his best friend.
