A few years ago, I watched Pixar's Luca. Whilst watching, I fell in love with the little village Alberto and Luca go to. I then saw online that it was based off of a real place in Italy called Vernazza! I obviously had to go.
I flew from London to Pisa and took the train in. The place was stunning: colorful houses, a nice atmosphere, and beautiful scenery—the whole lot in one small village. I started by getting some lunch in one of the restaurants there; the food was incredible!!
After lunch, it was time to check into my Airbnb. I found my Airbnb there (easier to find than I thought it'd be, tbh). It was nothing special, but it had a bed and a shower. I chilled there for about an hour before going for a swim in the water there. When I left the apartment, most of the tourists had gone and it was far more peaceful. Swimming there was lovely; the water was warm and calm. It was not as clean as it appears in the movie, though.
After a little swim, I went back to the apartment, cleaned up a little, and went for some supper. I had the greatest pesto pasta ever and a lovely cheese platter. After cleaning both those plates clean, I went for a late-evening hike. It was nice and mildly breezy at that point, so I wasn't dying from the heat.
The next day, I woke up early, went for an early morning swim in the now much colder water, packed my bags, and got breakfast in this cute cafe near to the station. I headed to Pisa to catch my flight home. In Pisa, I went up the Leaning Tower, obviously. Tbh, it was kinda underwhelming—definitely something to do once, though. I got some more pesto pasta, which was good, although not as good as the one in Vernazza. Then I just chilled.
Now I'm in the airport waiting for my flight home!
Around a month ago I got an update, ever since that update, whenever I put my volume up or down using the side button, it makes a light vibration. I can't seem to figure out how to turn that off. Any help? Thanks!
Hey all, I'm 19m and headed to see just a little bit of Canada in a little bit of time. I'm flying from London to Vancouver the on the 2nd, flying from YVR-YYC on the 3rd to go see Banff, going to be chilling there before flying to Toronto on the 6th (you don't have to join for that bit tho)

I got a computer based job with a small property company. I find the tasks to be far too repetitive for me. It's literally making me depressed, doing the same stuff day in day out. Just for reference, it's just me and my boss in a room, pretty boring. I got the job in April, at the time we both understood that it would be a long term thing. I guess I didn't realize how boring it would be. I decided that I should probably leave by the end of July. Any advice, I feel so bad and kinda awkward TBH.

Hey everyone, I'm 19M headed to Vernazza in Italy. It's a little coastal village. Pixar's Luca movie is based off of it. I plan to fly into Pisa and take the train up to it. If ya want to tag along for the short trip, lmk.
I don't tend to plan so much when I travel, other than the destination and where I'm going to be staying. I enjoy hiking and food, so will probably go for a nice hike and get some gelato. Other than that, things will happen as they happen.
Personality wise, I'm quite quiet until you get to know me. Once we're comfortable around each other, I like to think I'm kinda fun.
