New song from Glitch Kingdom. Anyone else love this band?

I got this PC from iBuyPower in January, so didn't assemble it myself. I do not know what I am doing.

I swapped out the 600w power cable that goes from the PSU to the GPU, because I wanted a 90 degree cable instead of the one it came with, so the cable wouldn't be bent up against the side panel of the pc. I have to unplug 2 cables from the PSU in order to get to the GPU cable. I guess they're the 24 pin? And one labeled MB. I circled them in the picture. 

Ever since, when I turn the computer on, the motherboard , ram, and CPU cooler rgb don't light up, and all of the case fans stay orange, which I think is default color, if it was working properly, it is currently set to be purple. DRAM light is off when the computer is off, and it is orange when I turn the PC on, with 00 on the q code display. I assume it's motherboard or CPU related, the fans at the bottom are a different brand and I think the have their own controller or whatever. The bottom fans I have to control with Corsair app, while all of the other rgb (other orange case fans, ram, mobo, aio CPU cooler) is controlled in armory crate. So, the GPU and Corsair bottom fans light up with their correct settings, other fans are not correct setting, and mobo+CPU cooler+ram don't light up at all. 

I have tried:

Reseating GPU (with both cables)

Unplugging and replying everything from the PSU

Testing with just 1 ram slot in the 2nd slot (a2) which is the slot the manual says to use. I tried all 4 ram sticks, nothing changed. 

Removed cmos battery for 20 minutes 

I've tried all of this with the integrated motherboard HDMI as well as the HDMI and displayport of the 5090

Just wanted to post my experience with customer support, in case anyone else has similar issues and wants to see if it has happened to someone else.

I got a PC earlier this year with a case, psu and aionl cooler from bequiet. I quickly realized that you can't fit a 5090 in the case without a huge bend in the GPU power cable, so I went on their website and saw that they sell 90 degree cables for this purpose.

In March I bought one of their 90 degree GPU cables from Amazon, which took 3 weeks to arrive (not their fault, but as far as I can tell, it is not possible to buy this product from anywhere that is shipping from inside the United States, mine came from Europe, where bequiet is based). Cable had a defect.

March 31

I spoke to bequiet customer support (after trying them for 2 days, apparently they do not answer calls during the last hour of their listed hours). I was told they would send me a replacement GPU power cable for the PSU. They said I was speaking to their branch in California, so thankfully it will be shipping from there, and will not take weeks to arrive.

April 1

I receive a follow up email asking for proof of purchase, my address to send the cable etc, which I reply to the same day

Nothing for literally 3 weeks, I am sitting there assuming it's on its way.

April 22

I receive an email saying that they will send me tracking info once the cable has been shipped. I don't know what they've been doing in the 3 weeks between getting my shipping information and this day.

May 2

I have heard nothing from bequiet since the previous email. I email them on this day asking for an update.

I still haven't heard anything since April 22. It has not shipped.

It has been almost a month and a half from when they received the required information to send me a new cable, and they have taken 3+ weeks between responses, of which we're not actually any useful information.

The thing that makes this extremely annoying is that if I had known they were going to handle things like this, I would have just ordered a new cable, since it takes nearly a month to have one shipped from a retailer.

Any suggestions on what I should do in this situation? Because contacting them has accomplished nothing so far.
