I noticed something about Frasiers and Cams apartment numbers.

I don't recall which episode but Frasier is having a party that no one wants to come to. It might be season 9 episode 6: Room full of heros.

No one wants to come to Frasiers party and Martin makes a comment that "Crane party 1901" doesn't sound as exciting as Cams party in 2000.

If Cam is directly above Frasier with the same exact apartment and layout wouldn't his apartment number be 2001? There's probably an explanation but I'm not sure what it would be. Any thoughts?

I was in the ED on 6/10 for something unrelated. I got CTs and an MRI without contrast. The MRI showed a mucous retention cyst. I've had chronic drainage from both my left and right sinuses for over a year.

My doctor insists that I use Flonase. This doesn't help and it's not a long term solution. How is this fixed and how do I get my doctor to do something about it? I'm so sick of blowing my nose every 5 mins for a year and a half now.

I have the MRI but theres a lot of images and I don't know what to provide here. What is the protocol for fixing this?

I'm going to the Olympia next month and have a VIP pass to the Expo for both days. I've gone through a huge weight loss transformation (250>120) and started an Instagram this year to track my progress and connect with people.

My question is...how can I best connect with people at the Olympia? I'm trying to build up my IG content more before I go cause a lot of followers are interested in my transformation. Obviously I'll meet and talk to people there, but is there any sort of like..."etiquette" or any good way to go about networking other than just talk to whoever I see there?

Might be a dumb question but I'm new to the bodybuilding community this year and this will be my first show I've ever gone to so I don't really know what to expect. I wasn't sure if anyone had advice or thoughts about this. I'm not trying to advertise myself or wear a shirt with my handle or anything 😆

I'm really interested in connecting with the community because it's unlike anything I've experienced before. After losing weight I've found my passion in weightlifting and bodybuilding and a huge part of that is the support that this community offers. He's been harassing me by trying every possible avenue to contact me. He's tried texting my mom, getting various relatives to message me, called the police to do a welfare check, calling my phone and leaving me messages from various numbers after I keep blocking every number.

Yesterday he called my work (a private, unlisted number specifically used for employee communication) asking for me which is compromising my employment. He has a PI tracking me and I don't know how to deal with this. He's never physically threatened or harassed me (he lives in a different state) so I'm not sure I can get a restraining order or cease and desist.

What do people do in these situations? I've googled my name and numbers and removed as much as I could off social media. This is proving to be detrimental to my mental health and compromising all aspects of my life.

What the heck do people do in this situation? I live in Minnesota. If anyone from here has had this experience can you please let me know how you handled it? I've also posted to r/legaladvice but was hoping someone here might have personal experience.

I've gone no contact with one of my parents who is repeatedly trying to contact me.

I work in a lab in DLMP and he managed to get the phone number directly to my lab. Like this is a phone number that we use to call out sick. The only other people that call it would be people like PRS, TSR... Pathologists etc. Not outside phone numbers.

I can't figue out how he found the number but he did and called my lab looking for me and it was completely humiliating.

I can't find it published anywhere online (because it shouldn't be) and my only thought is if he hired a PI. Does anyone have thoughts on any other possible way he could've found the number? Im really upset about it.

I've got some that have thin straps crisscross in the back but I feel like that takes away from being able to see my gains.

I have big boobs but after 100+ lb weight loss they're saggy. I need something (ideally) with support that (ideally) would hold up while lifting. With as much open back as possible.

Worst case, I can get something cheap to wear just for posing after training. Also (ideally) under $25. Any recs?

Hi, so I don't really deep clean my place. It's not horrible but I'm just not regular with cleaning. I'll wait until it gets "bad" and do it. I also don't know if I know how to clean in the most effective ways. It's something I slack on when I'm depressed.

That said, how can I find someone that can help me clean but actually show me the best ways to clean? I've always been pretty lazy about it so I want to actually learn how to do a good job. I know I could YouTube it but it would be nice to have someone help me so they can see what I'm working with/what I don't know how to do.

I'm kind of messy and I wonder if there's a lot of people with messy houses or is it more common for people to have a clean and organized home.

I have a tenure where I work and they're ending it early. They told me that 8/21 will be my last day.

The things I plan on doing:

Update and send out resume

Revisit my budget and plan out financially what to do (using savings), how to cut costs etc

I want to write down expenses and see what I can change such as finding cheaper car insurance, canceling subscriptions, how to budget for groceries

I've kind of been looking at things from a financial perspective but am wondering what kind of personal things I should think about. I have some savings to help me for a couple of months. I just renewed my lease for another year. I could probably get out of it by explaining my situation but 1. I don't know if it's smart to spend my money and energy on relocating and 2. I don't have good credit so it would be difficult to find another place especially if I don't have a job.

My town is ~120k people and I work for the largest employer in town that employs probably half of our city. I work for this employer and can apply for jobs internally in the mean time but nothing outside of this company will pay me as much. I'm already underpaid for my experience, degree and qualifications.

So yeah, my point being that it'll probably be hard to find a job outside this company given that they employ so many people here that other jobs are limited. Fortunately my car is paid off but I just started having to repay student loans (I want to look into this to see if they can lower my payment given the circumstances).

So I don't know a whole lot about bulking/cutting. I'm going to the Olympia in Sept and want to get totally jacked and shredded. I paid a trainer for a plan I've been doing but I had questions about cutting...

For something like wanting to look good at the Olympia (as opposed to competing) how do you go about it? Like how far out do you start? Do you usually just increase cardio and change your diet or is there a big difference in how you train? Would this be considered a "mini cut"? (I don't actually know what that means.

I'm going to reach out to a trainer at some point about it when the time comes but the info I've seen online has been kind of conflicting. I don't even know how far out I need to plan for it. Any advice would be super appreciated!

12 M Chihuahua with no medical conditions. He got all of his teeth pulled a few years ago so naturally his tongue slips out of his mouth all the time. I try and push it back in so it's not chronically dry but little black dry spots have formed and I'm wondering what I should do. I'll post a photo in the comments but it's not the normal/natural black melanin spots that dogs develop on their tongues sometimes. When I search online that's all I can find info about. Not about the dryness spots. Any advice?
