Any of these tool kits worth getting?

I'm a novice DIY mechanic. Done drum brakes, disc brakes, most fluids, front back suspension, wheel bearing (inside drum cover) to name a few jobs. Had a really bad time with a stuck drum cover which prompted me to want to have the right tool for the job around.

Right now I have the following (in addition to most hand/power tools):

6T hydraulic press
Seal and driver set (18mm to 65mm)
Slide hammer kit
Coolant leak detector kit
Ball joint splitter set (comes with 5)
Bearing/gear puller set

Are there any other of these "kits" or tools that are worth getting for that one time you wish you had them? And are the ones in the pictures going to be useful to me considering what I've already got?

I'm struggling to think where I'd use the ball joint press kit as if I'm replacing a part with a ball joint in it I'd most probably replace the whole part like a lower control arm. And as for the two bearing press kits, which is the better/more versatile kit?

For what it's worth I only plan on working on smaller cars like 2005-2015 toyota yarises.

Thanks

GIGABYTE B860I AORUS PRO Ice ITX board - any feedback?

I haven't seen too many reviews of this one. Any here got it and can comment on it?

I'm replacing an Aorus Z690I Ultra Plus which has insane coil whine, to the point where I think it's defective. Support haven't been helpful. I'm mostly worried about that. I'd rather get the ASUS Rog B680I but the aorus is significantly cheaper.

Need to buy a few things off Temu, best way to purchase?

I need to buy a bunch of mechanic tool kits like bearing pullers and stuff like that. They're typically around £20-40 each and I need about 4 or 5 of them so in total £200 max. So far I've been getting friends and family to make an account and purchase for me with £20 off £20 promo so I end up paying very little but this takes a lot of time and is kinda bummy to keep asking people.

Is there a better way to make this amount of purchase? I see people here doing the big promos but I don't get how they work inherently. Tried my best to understand it but it seems I have to spend a lot of money buying shit I don't need to get coupons back. Which means I'm not that much better off?

I checked my account and I have "claimcredit" and "credit777" available. claimcredit says I have £23.00 to withdraw and 580% credit back if I spend £30+. But it only says £23.00 on the checkout.. ?

changing my build because of the motherboard

current build:

i5-12600K
Aorus Z690i Ultra Plus DDR5
2x 16GB DDR5
Asus 4060 2X
SF750

My board is producing a lot of coil whine, especially at idle. I've tried everything including removing the GPU or undervolting. It's so bad to the point I can't use the pc without noise cancelling headphones.

I was thinking of getting an Ultra 5 225F, B860i and 5060. Or a B760i and 14400f. Any suggestions or opinions on this? What else could I try before buying new hardware?

Not sure i'm using temu correctly??

So I have free shipping on any item on my account. I tend to buy the cheapest stuff for my needs, my order value is usually around £5-40 max. I see here people using these promos like rebate100 to get money back. Is this applicable for me or is that if you're spending a lot of money? I looked at the rebate100 offer and it was asking me to buy 10 shit items which is no use to me.

Question about forces

My question relates to cars but I want to try to understand the physics at heart.

To replace a wheel stud on a car wheel hub, you put the new stud through the stud hole, on the other side place 2-3 washers over the stud and that start screwing on the wheel nut. Once the wheel nut reaches the washers, it starts pulling the stud through the hole. It essentially pulls it creating an interference fit.

I'm struggling to understand how this works. Once the nut reaches the washers it can't thread onto the stud any further. But then why does that cause the stud to be pulled inwards?

Opinions on this build for my cousin?

I'm running a build from 2022 so a bit out of the loop with the latest and greatest. Cousin needed a cheapish first PC build for a 1080p setup. I researched and came up with this:

CPU: i5-14400F
Motherboard: MSI B760 Wifi DDR4
GPU: Zotac 5060 Twin Edge OC
RAM: 2x 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz C16
PSU: Either a Corsair RM750x or RM850x (to give a bit of room to upgrade to a 5070 or something for 1440p in the future)

Price wise we got most of the parts cheap, especially the RAM considering current prices. I was wondering if this is a good selection of parts? Alternatively I could for a similar price go for B760 DDR5 + 2x 8GB DDR5 RAM, maybe a tiny bit more. Is that worth doing over DDR4? I also have no idea about AMD CPUs, always been into Intel. Are they worth a consideration or is this build fine?

All the parts are ordered but I'd be happy to order better alternatives before building. Budget was around £750.

I want to do rear pads and discs on my dad’s 2017 prius+. I’m aware it uses an electronic parking brake. What steps do I need to take to make sure nothing electronic gets damaged?

Do I release the EPB, disconnect 12V battery and then proceed as normal (wind back pistons, change discs etc)? I was reading about putting the electronic handbrake into “service” or “maintenance” mode.

Any other tips will be appreciated. I’ve only ever done brakes on simpler cars like older Yarises or hondas.
