No account shared warplans are such an odd game design choice, especially considering how slow you level them. Leveled up /City runs, dungeons, whispers, tides etc are so much fun, but I don’t feel doing the grind a second time this season.

So this is my first time trying a barbarian build and I seem to miss a crucial information about the "Shard of Verathiel"… HOW does it work? I tried ressource cost reduction and generating fury skills on my equipment, but what do I do to get it going in the first place? I start without fury and have no idea how to generate some?
