During my gym session, i noticed a girl had a wardrobe malfunction where her nip kinda slipped out. I respectfully told her about it and she made a scene labeling me as a perv. Now i am banned from the gym.
What would you have done in a similar situation.? Was 8 actually wrong for pointing it out?
Today, is the first day after who knows how many years, I didn’t feel dreadful after waking up. I didn’t cry over the things that hurted me in the past. I have slowly stopped relying on other people for my own peace and happiness. I think this is the beginning of a new me.
I just hope i can maintain this and not fall in the same hole dark hole i was in before.

I am currently going through a very bad phase, where i dont know what i want and even who i am as a person anymore. Nothing excites me and everything makes me anxious. No reply or no show makes me nervous and puts me in panic mode. It immediately questions my self-worth.
I am thinking of taking a break from people in general, but how can i do it without becoming rude or attracting attention from my friends. They are lovely people and i dont want to hurt them by doing something consciously or unconsciously.
How can i just be me without losing only a couple of friends i have left.

So, the person i am right now is probably the worst i have ever been. I am oversharing, i am over expecting and i cant even sit idle about thinking how worthless and usless i am. I try every time to be better but again and again I end up in the same scenario. My friend probably think i am the lamest dude and they are stuck with me.
