Today is a really special one for us.

METRO 2033 and METRO: Last Light Complete Edition have officially arrived on GOG as part of the GOG Preservation Program. Bringing these original versions back – and making sure they stay playable on modern PCs for years to come – means a lot to us.

The METRO series left a huge mark on gaming with its atmosphere, storytelling, and unforgettable journey through the tunnels of post-apocalyptic Moscow. We know many of you have been asking for the original releases to return for a long time, so being able to finally make this happen together with DEEP SILVER and 4A Games feels incredibly rewarding.

Thank you for keeping these games alive through your passion over the years. We genuinely can’t wait to hear about your memories, favorite moments, and what returning to the METRO means to you.
