We are in a control room so staying quiet isn't really an option as we all need to be communicating. Ive diagnosed a problem a few times and a staff member has gone up to the boss "i noticed this" taking the credit. Its pretty disheartening and I understand that its so trivial but i dont wsnt the boss to think im adding no value to the team. Thank you!

I understand it takes a long time to make these movies, do you think the long wait will affect its success?

My opinion is it wont, but ive heard from alot of people the long wait will cause people to drop off.

I live in Australia so shipping is expensive, my friend and I usually buy the same vinyl so were wondering if there is a drop can we buy 2 and share the shipping or will they cancel it?

A family member who I am in the wedding party for is having a destination wedding on a long weekend so the accommodation is ridiculous is expecting everyone to come. No one is speaking up but I think its absolutely ridiculous. The whole wedding is going to cost me easy 5k plus time off work. There is really nothing i can do but I just wanted the perspectives from people who have destination weddings and expect everyone to foot the bill WHY.

We work a roster that goes like this. 1 week days, 1 week sfternoons, 1 week days, 1 week afternoons then 5 days off, 4 x night shift, 5 days off, 5x night shift, 4 days off and back to the start. Ive only just started and am struggling with my sleep. Its not a job im willing to change as I finally somewhat have financial freedom but does anyone have any ideas on managing sleep?

When i say 1 week days i mean we 5x shifts and 2 day weekend. This is my first time doing shift work. I struggle rhe most when I am hormonal, just finished a shift and should be exhausted as I didnt sleep well last night but its 12am and im wide awake. 😭 im struggling with the change from afternoon to days visa versa
