How would you go about this ij the future? Relatively new, staff have taken my findings 3 times now and passed them off as their own
We are in a control room so staying quiet isn't really an option as we all need to be communicating. Ive diagnosed a problem a few times and a staff member has gone up to the boss "i noticed this" taking the credit. Its pretty disheartening and I understand that its so trivial but i dont wsnt the boss to think im adding no value to the team. Thank you!
