Image 1 — When I ordered my SOP and VSOP they only had 2” VSOH. So I ordered 4. Was very disappointed especially since both SOP was full and plump and lush! I gave one to a good friend and I kept 3. Ive wanted to plant them in a heart dish for a while. They are quite healthy appearing so I have hope.

This SOP is my original that I burnt by accident last month. With the help of everyone here she is doing great and thriving again. I think my VSOH is so darn cute in the heart dish

We moved a couple of hours away. Beans and Franks settled right in!

I hadn’t unpacked my kitchen completely yet and these dubba’s claimed this spot under my open counter so I put their beds there and they are loving life!

So….I did it again lol

I got a new variegated pearls, regular pearls and a var. SOH. Wish me luck. While the new reg. Pearls was in route the poor gal I fried in the sun turned herself around and began thriving again. I did take a couple of the strings from the new 6” and laid them over the bald spots. I need to go get some more potting mix ingredients and a terracotta pot tomorrow and we’ll be in business!

Look how big they are!

Franks lips!!! Soooo stinking cute! They are naturally like that ❤️
Beans begging to be patted. The corner of his lip is up! I’ve never noticed he does this!
These guys are such sweet babies and have more than doubled in size!!!

I have only had airplants since January. Very first time in my life. 2 questions….

One is the flower gone by on the mother plant. Is this a pup that the flower was attached to?
Second ? Is my color enhanced one dying, dead or am I supposed to be pruning it? TIA

I forgot to snap a picture but yesterday I forgot my pearls in the sun 🥹. I took off the 10 or so fried ones and it left a few bald spots. So I flipped a couple strings up onto those spots after replacing a bit of the soil and gave her a drink. She was not thirsty everywhere though. Advice?

Here he is!

Arrived pretty beat up by the USPS. As soon as those roots hit water his pearls plumped up instantly! I literally looked away for 3 seconds at the most and then back and he was all plump and his windows were open! Here’s hoping the variegation kicks in with the growth!

I was happy to find this Alocasia at a small town grocery store…

I even found 3 corms! This is my first time with an Alocasia Well 2nd really. A friend gifted me a beautiful Silver Dragon last fall which I knew nothing about and was just getting back into the hobby after 30+years. I also had an unknown corm in a little humidity dome which also did not do well for also unknown reasons. I believe I was doing everything correctly as it was with my TC’s which are doing amazing!! Google says this is a Dragons Tooth? Any tips are very much welcome. I put her at the kitchen window as that is where I have the most natural humidity and it gets about 4-5 hours of afternoon sun. Chunky aroid mix that I use for everyone except my succulents.
