The fact that this was "investigated" for over six years is very concerning. Does the government really have the right to break the law for so long even when it concerns human trafficking of vulnerable children? How many other members of the legal system were involved in this ring? Will it take another six years for them to be caught? Is this even worth the cost in human lives?.. for me, this story provides more questions than answers

Could this be related to recent political events over cyber security being provided to critical infrastructure?.. are other cities still vulnerable of having to conserve if their water gets shut off? Who benefits from these type of attacks on our most basic resource
