We have a walk-in shower that has no curb/barrier between the shower and rest of the bathroom. Tiled floors, and linear drain.

We clean the hair out of the drain catch every 2-3 weeks. Every so often we forget. We are then painfully reminded again when the drain overflows, water pools and then eventually meanders two feet away, only to drip out the entrance of the bathroom onto the bedroom floor.

Is there some kind of recommended device I could put about 1.5 feet away on the floor that detects and rings an alarm if there is water?

Home depot has some listed, but their filtering doesn't allow me to specific 76 inches, so I have to filter by 60 inches and go through hundreds.

Are there any other shower door specialty stores that likely have a decent selection of 76-inch wides?

Several bank accounts were opened in my name and with my address. I found out when I received mail including account statements, bounced checks, and debit card notices.

I called each bank's fraud department and they all said they would close the accounts or at least investigate and then close. BoA still has the account open 3 months later, despite several deposited checks being bounced.

I filed a police report with my local county. One of the banks told me that the account was opened on a specific date at a specific branch about an hour away from me. My county said they won't investigate or do anything because that is in a different jurisdiction.

  1. What's the next step for me to take if BoA still doesn't close the account?

  2. Is there any way I can instigate some kind of real investigation? I would really like video footage to be reviewed from the nearby branch in hopes that it would identify the criminal. Then, I would really like to understand how they got my information. This would allow me to better understand how to protect myself in the future.

Too many choices often makes me unable to choose. Trying to determine what to watch tonight is often difficult with so any movies or shows in my watchlist.

One idea is to have an On Deck list that is different from the other List. The other List works as usual, with the ability to show/hide items that were previously watched.

You can choose items to put On Deck. Even if you already watched a show or movie, putting them On Deck resets the episodes seen (or uses a different field).

So, tonight when I'm going to choose what to watch, I look at my On Deck list.

There's a show I already watched a long time ago. It's marked seen. I want to start watching it again from scratch. Is it best to unmark it as seen?

Browsing for TV shows, I selected several filters (Comedy, Made in Europe) expecting to see a ton of British Comedies. Turns out the filtering isn't doing an AND of the items I selected and is instead doing an OR.

I can see a time and place for OR, but it wasn't what I expected. I would like the ability to do an AND.

I would guess that people selecting multiple items on a filter are expecting an AND.

If there is a TV Show that I don't think will have any more seasons, like Fargo or The Expanse, if I mark them as seen will I get notified if in fact there are new seasons? Or must I mark them as tracked?

What are all the differences in marking a TV Show as Seen vs Tracking vs Watchlist?

I go back and forth between using Reelgood and Justwatch. Generally they meet my needs for managing my movie and TV show queue.

The one weakness is helping me discover new things to watch based on my tastes, which the apps know based on my history.

Reelgood doesn't even attempt this. Justwatch has minor "recommended for you" sections within its discover page.

Are there any apps that are similar in function for tracking but also do a good job of recommending based on my tastes?
