Does anyone have any experience with eating inside Wembley Stadium? It says on their website they have gluten free options, but I highly doubt they’re coeliac safe. Also, has anyone ever requested to bring their own food into the stadium, I plan to submit a medical exemption form on their website, but I’m just wondering how accommodating they’ll be. Thanks. 😊

How did everyone find it?

I take 10mg of propanolol every morning, this morning I can’t remember if I’ve taken it (it’s not in my pill box but I can’t recall taking it), should I leave it or take another one? I have an incredibly important exam today so my heart rate is already through the roof. Thanks
