A friend of a friend of a friend's uncles former roommate needs to map something like a spin-phonon coupling and controlled atomic spin state of a certain exotic matter directly onto the space-time itself and basically treat the local quantum vacuum substrate as a dynamic, nonlinear, non-newtonian fluidic medium to "swim" or "fall" through it using plasma as a boundary-layer.. or something idk. They may or may not need a magnetoplasmadynamic resonating cavity that may or may not be disc-shaped in order to organize plasma currents, magnetic helicity, and electromagnetic stress into highly coherent toroidal and poloidal field structures respectively. Then, they may or may not need to get someome thats super duper psychic that can create a literal intentional asymmetry in the stress-energy distribution around the craft so that they may or may not be able to get off this planet.
