Cheap kids camera from Amazon. The hole leading to the charging port faces the wrong direction. Makes it a pain in the butt to plug in haha
My last few prints have had tiny holes in them. They weaken the structural integrity and cause my pieces to snap easily. What could be causing this? I have a photon mono 2. I make sure my prints are fully in the print field, and I fully clean my machine before each print, and filter my resin vat.

Imagine someone was holding you hostage. You are locked up, alone and unable to escape. One day your captor makes you an offer. He can kidnap someone else, to keep you company or you can remain locked up completely alone. Which do you choose? Do you stay completely alone, or cause someone else to be kidnapped too so you have someone there with you.
Our funsicle 10ftx30" pool has a rip in the seam near the bottom. Is there anyway to effectively fix the rip, even just for this summer, or is the pool completely toast? I tried a vinyl repair patch, but it just came off as soon as the pool was half full.
I'm trying to track down a kids book I read online for free when my son was young. It was for practicing the short a sound. It featured a " dad who sat in jam, but wasn't sad because he rapped flat chat in his dad pad" one of the pages had a picture of the dad wearing a shirt that said " not sad"
The school year is coming to an end and we wanted to do gifts for the staff at my sons school. Since he has 2 teachers and several EAs I can't spend too much per gift, so I was thinking of using my 3d printer to make something. What type of 3d printed gifts would you like to receive as a teacher? Name plates? Storage boxes? Keychain?

My 3yr old is on a journey to try as many different kinds of fruit as he can. Today we tried dragon fruit. It tasted like Tylenol and Jello had a collaboration. Disgusting. Couldn't even finish the first bite! 3yr Olds verdict is - it's really icky.
Edit : Main verdict in the comments is that I may have gotten a bad one. We are going to get another one to try when we go looking for new fruits at the Asian market later today.
My son is 6, and finishing Grade 1 this year. Apparently he has made friends with a kid who sits behind him on his bus who is 14 and finishing Grade 8. I'm not sure what this other child's diagnosis is, but I know all the students on his bus have some sort of special needs. With summer coming up, this other boy will be moving on to high school and no longer on my sons bus. Should I reach out to the school to put me in touch with this students parents to maintain the friendship, or is this age gap inappropriate and I should focus on his friendships with peers closer in age. My son is mostly non verbal so I can't really ask him for more information about it.
My son and I got free tickets to the Summer Fair for disability day. Fair is closed to the general public during the event, and only people invited can attend. So reduced crowds, and they also lower the music to reduce sensory problems. My son has never been on fair rides, so I'm not sure how it's going to go. But he does love to spin! If you are autistic, how do you feel about fair rides ?

How can I cool down my kids room at night? It's supposed to get up to 36c tomorrow, and it gets really hot in my kids room, but I'm worried if I put an AC in there my 6yr old will mess with it, unplug it, or try to push it out the window, and potentially even fall out of his second floor window. Do you think a baby gate would work ( if I can find one long enough) Even if the baby gate works, how would I stop him from unplugging it?
I put 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs in a seasoned buttermilk marinade this morning, with the intention of making them for dinner today, but forgot about them and ended up ordering pizza lol. How long can they stay in the marinade? Can I leave them until dinner tomorrow ( 32hrs total) or should I remove them from the marinade earlier , and put them in the fridge again until I want to cook them?

The ear mould on my sons hearing aid has a small rip in it near the tubing. Is there anyway to fix it temporarily? We have an appointment on the 25th to get new moulds fitted, but they won't arrive til a week or two after that. So I'd like to fix them until then .
