Before I read every single xkcd comic to decide if Gnome Ann is the strongest of this verse, does anyone know of someone that can beat her?
Why did crucio not work on Harry when he pretended to be dead?
The most accepted theory I've heard on this is that Voldemort was using the elder wand, which refused to harm its true master, but I don't think so. Heres my reasoning.
Consider how the curse is performed. You have to 'mean' it, and watch the person suffer, and enjoy every second. Voldemort already thought Harry was dead, so I doubt he still had that sadistic drive to hurt him terribly
This guy could have joined the SHP but Oda didn't want to kick Zoro out of the monster trio
I didnt know these crossovers existed, but I have a new reason to live now, IG
Someone should make a parody of 'Otonoke' but for GF
She looks like shes about to let her suckle her teats if she lets her gobble her dong
Question
From now on, when we say "Imu vs So and So" Should we assume Imu is actually trying to kill them? Cause for the billionth time Loki wouldnt have lasted 5 pages if Imu wanted him dead.
I love Loki and everything, but his fans are insufferable.
Fact: No agenda, just pure facts, Kaido dosent actually get low-diffed by Ragnir, correct?
My reasoning:
Through past scalling discussion, I think its fair that pre-Ragnir and pre-DF Loki can beat hybrid Yamato, but only in a high diff fight, so by extension, and since Kaido mid diffs hybrid Yamato, hes above pre-Ragnir, pre-DF Loki
The strongest attack this Loki ever used was the strike that broke his old hammer to subjugate Ragnir, as seen above.
IDK if that strike used ACOC or ACOA, since those sparks appear when using either one, but either way, at weakest, Kaido could replicate this attack in his hybrid form.
Also, Ragnir wouldnt be that strong if he didnt have a proper wielder. Maybe high YC+ Still low diffs 90% of the versed though.
TLDR:
Current Loki > Kaido > Pre Ragnir, Pre DF, Loki >= Ragnir
If Im wrong, whats your counter example

I dont mean to drag powerscalling into xkcd, but I need to know
My interpretation of "Facing the Facts"
I grew up Anglican, initially only identifying that because my grandparents where, but I agree with the values they have. Anyways, when I came of age, rather than having 'the talk' my mother just bought some books about Christian Sexuality for me to read on instead. The main was was "Facing the Facts" by Stan and Brenna Jones.
In hindsight, especially for a conservative, early 2000's book, it wasn't too bad. Made some questionable comments on homosexuality at one point, but I guess it was a good starting point for the 11 year old me. But now that I've observed sex culture, 'liberation,' hookup culture in the 2020's, I decided to revisit the book and compare the norm to it.
As you'd expect, it was pretty firmly against pre-marital sex, and was, as I'll explain later, pretty dismissive on sexual compatibility. What stood out to me the most was pages 80 to 82, which they called 'the lies that you will hear' about sex. Here they are:
1.) "Sex is the very best way to express affection and love"
BS, both the book and myself agree. No idiot is [hopefully] gonna say this out loud, but some people make it seem far more important than it actually is. Like above commitment and communication.
2.) "You must have sex to be a mature, normal, and grown-up person"
Even worse than the last one.
3.) "You simply must have sex"
Not as bad, but still stupid. One overzealous guy might claim its 'within our nature' but its also in our nature to abuse, steal, destroy so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
4.) "It's important to try sex before you get married to make sure you are compatible"
This is where it gets tricky. The book is just as dismissive about this statement as all the others, claiming its the 'quality of the love they share and their desire to please each other' that makes sex good, and you don't need to 'shop around and have sex with 20 different people to find the best fit'
The tone is almost ignorant, and the metaphor is kind of degrading here. I prefer the one I came up with it, that
'The thing society says about compatibility is that your libido is a 'key' that can only fit into a certain kind of hole so you must try out different holes till you get the perfect fit'
(Double entendre may or may not be intended)
The reality is that its not a static thing, more of, I dont know, liquid metal you can mold a bit to make it fit 'better' A lot of people couldn't be bothered too, which is okay. The assumption that any one piece of advice on sex besides 'Consent, consent, CONSENT goddamnit' works for everyone is a pretty big reason this divide exists in the first place.
5.) "You should have sex now to practice for marriage"
Not unlike the previous one. The book additonally stated that people who have sex more tend to be more prone to divorce and unhappy marriages later on. I cant find a sources page on it, but considering this demographic is 85 to 95 percent of Western adults, where any external factor could weasel through, I'm taking this with a grain of salt.
6.) "Sex is always good"
The worst of them all. It also had the most sarcastic response, so thank goodness.
Despite my disagreements with the book, I'm pretty conservative about sex as well, and kind of cynical on hookup culture. But then again I've never even been in love before, so take my opinion with a grain of salt as well.
Lemme know if you disagree on anything!
Share a more unhinged xkcd panel out of context
I'll wait
Change my mind, all of these Straw Hats are YC3
Namis AOE and DC with Zeus is just so fucking high
Franky could one shot a VA without his vega cola buff, so now that he has it, hes easily YC3.
Robins on the lower end of that spectrum, maybe high Tobi Roppo is more realistic, but im sure Demonios Fleur full potential is enough
As a certified Xebec glazer, I really like the GV flashback, but for powerscalling it was pretty useless.
We were supposed to get a glimpse at what Roger was like in his prime when he got serious, but we cant reliably scale him since he's in his 'hot-blooded youth' ATP, same goes for prime Garp and WB. And dont get me started on Bogard and Sengoku doing absouletely nothing.
Im going to eat my words on this, but not even One Piece has a freakier design
To all Lokitards. You generally scale Loki above Roger, Garp, WB, Xebec all unironically. But since Luffy > Loki, are you saying current Luffy has surpassed the old gen?
Not even Piratefolk could slander him
