Hi guys i have a question

My vehicle license has expired but my insurance doesn’t expire until the end of September…I have a lot of fines and that’s why I couldn’t pay to renew my vehicle license so I’m waiting for my salary to drop first so I can pay (my salary comes in before my insurance expires). Now here’s the thing, dubai police called me asking me to pay it and were asking me when will I be paying it…is that normal?
I told them I could pay it in a week or two (depends if my salary drops before the weekend or after) and he said he’ll call me again next week to check ???

I guess my question is if I don’t pay it when I said I can, what will happen? The fines are a lot and I genuinely can’t afford to pay it now, even with tabby. But I can pay it when I get my salary which is before my insurance expiry. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Does anyone know why moni and racil never hang out or are never seen together or comment on each other’s stuff even tho they’re first cousins ?

Hi guys I’m an influencer and I got sent a bag from a well known French brand, and I got hit with duty fees . I haven’t paid it yet, but I got the notification. The weird thing is this is the second time I’ve received a bag as PR from them but I didn’t have to pay any duties…

My question is, is it rude if I bring this up to them and kind of imply that I’m not supposed to pay it (in better words of course) because it’s not little at all. It’s quite hefty. I’m very grateful of course but I don’t think I should be paying for it? What are the unspoken rules on this lol is it rude if I refuse or as a thank you should I just swallow it and pay?

Hi all! I’m wondering how common it is for emiratis to marry/end up with non emiratis ? I really like Emiratis because of their upbringing and I grew up around them a lot so I feel very comfortable with them and wouldn’t mind having an Emirati partner.
