I have a 2010 Fiat Bravo, 1.4 petrol with LPG conversion, manual transmission.

The issue is that sometimes when I try to put the car in reverse, the gear just won't engage. It feels like it's blocked or grinding. This only happens with reverse, never with the other gears. To fix it, I have to pull the clutch pedal in ( here I feel the noise that the gear isn't engaged and the gear stick moves a bit by itself ) , then take it out of gear and try again. On the second attempt it goes in fine. Doesn't necessarily happens every time, but it happens often enough to notice it's a problem.

I am thinking about starting to sprint regularly. The idea is to improve my physical health in general since I have heard sprinting can help with it. Also it's an activity I actually enjoy. I will do uphill sprinting. But I wanted to know wether sprinting can help with poor posture ?

I stay sitting for a long time and I have started to notice those rounded shoulder, forward head posture etc. I wanted to know wether sprinting alone can help with that.

Buteyko breathing is basically a practice when one holds their breath after exhale until the first feeling of air hunger. This method was created by the guy named buteyko to cure his asthma and I think is still used nowadays. The thing is that this practice helps with relaxation and helps to correct breathing patterns.

I was thinking about combining it with Zhan Zhuang practice, so to hold my breath but without straining my self. More as a way to settle down more and relax my body. But my question is wether Wuji is a practice that yields benefits only when done by itself, or can an additional practice like this be extra helpful ?

I am considering of buying this car. The guy says it is in very good condition and has about 150000 km ( 93000 miles ). The price around 3.5 k . What do you all think ? I just need a reliable car to drive around the city .

Does this happen to you guys ? I see a video and than a few minutes or maybe hours later I see it again. It has happend multiple times. It's been like 2 weeks probably. Before that it would never happen.

I need to extract hard coded / burned in subbtitles from long videos. Talking about 1+ hours of videos. Basically for episodes from a series. I want something to do it for free. Unfortunately those subbtitles can't be found anywhere else so I need to extract them.

So I wanted to ask you all ..; Are you all aware of those any of the 7 hermetic principles ? Because I read them, and I can agree with them, but I has noticed that I can tell when I truly know something and when I just believe it.
