Need genuine answers

My profile:

10th: 92%

12th: 55% (ik very low due to mental health issues and sickness)

B.E.: might be getting 7-7.5 CGPA

General Engineer Female

No work Experience. I will be graduating in May-June 2027

(Taking a gap for work exp is not my initial plan though)

I know targeting IIM is kinda impossible for me, considering my 12th result.

I want genuine advice on which colleges should I apply for.

I will be giving CAT 2026. If I score 99 percentile, which colleges should I apply to?

It should be a top MBA college or equivalent to an MBA.
As In most of the colleges, I'll have to apply before CAT Exam.

So what are the realistic Good options with good ROI?

Also As I don't want gap year for work ex. what certificates or courses are beneficial?

What career options do I have now?

General Female.

So I had 92% in 10th class. I fcked up in 12th science due to mental health issues, barely studied and got only 55%. I am still amazed at how I managed to pass. Luckily, got admission in to Goverment engineering College. I am currently in the 7th sem. I decided not to pursue a placement in the engineering field.

I am more focused on my studies now. I decided to prepare for the CAT exam, but due to lower marks in 12th, I might suffer hard.

I want to know what good career options I have, with a great salary package.

I thought about an MBA from IIM. It seems very difficult due to poor performance in the 12th. Do you think I should still appear in the CAT exam? Is there any chance of getting into a good MBA college or a good IIT for MBA?

Or should I go for other options? Like the SSC exam? Or something else. I am not sure.

I wanted to pursue a master's. But from a good reputable college only.

Also, I don't have any work experience. I have only 3 months of internship experience as a business development intern.

Any advice would be really helpful as I am feeling very, very stressed about my career options. I have started preparing for the CAT from yesterday only, and exam is in November.

Please help me out. Suggest something to me.

Thank you.

Feeling helpless. Can anyone suggest me something?

I am so stressed right now. I am preparing for CAT exam 2026, but today I rechecked my 12th result.. it's only 55%. I was depressed during my 12th and sick so couldn't focus on 12th. But my 10th was good. Got 92% in 10th.

I'm in 7th sem on engineering degree, I'll be about scoring 7 cgpa.

The thing is I wanted to pursue MBA that's why I didn't apply for placements in my college. I don't want to do engineering.

I want to get in to good IIM. But it seems impossible now.

I don't know what to do. I wanted to get into IIM, study hard and wanted to get very good placement. Now I'm so fcked up because of 12th result.

Can anyone advise me what should I do now?

What are other options rather than IIMs?

What options do I have if I don't get in to IIMs.

My profile:

10th/ 12th/ graduation: 92%/ 62%/ 7cgpa.

What are other good colleges with high placement rates?

I am having self doubt and feeling so stressed thinking I won't made to IIM. Please help me out.

Also, with this profile, I think I won't get to IIM ABC? What are other IIMs I can get into?

Should I fake work experience?

I am a GEF. I did 3 months of internship in-office. These is my profile:

10th: 92%

12th: 62%

Graduation: 7 CGPA

No work experience.

My brother owns a SaaS company. He can make me work experience certificate. Is it okay if I fake work experience? I am still doing my Bachelors. And I am gonna attempt CAT 2027, in my 7th sem of engineering.

Having a full time work experience while still studying, Is it gonna be suspicious?
