We should start mailing UGC and NMC regarding Ragging.

Write the mail as a responsible citizen of India

Make multiple burner mail accounts from "PROTON MAIL"

You can report ragging without being part of a college as a responsible citizen and a medico.

Steps to Anonymously Report Ragging

Step 1 : Create an Anonymous Email Account Open a free, encrypted email account on ProtonMail/gmail(do not use anything that is linked to your phone number) (proton.me).

Do not use your real name, personal Gmail, phone number, or NEET details anywhere in the account settings or message.

Step 2: Compile your evidence , make sure to include

Chat Screenshots, Direct messages or group chat screenshots showing admissions of forced zero-cuts, compulsory dress codes, or senior hierarchy rules.

Social Media Handles: Direct profile links or handles of the seniors enforcing or glorifying these rules. Video Proof: Links to YouTube videos, shorts, or Instagram reels showing whole batches with uniform zero-cuts (screen-record these beforehand in case the original posts are deleted).

Audio Recordings: Screen recordings or audio clips of phone calls, voice notes, or interactions discussing restrictions.

Step 3: Send the Email to Central Authorities

I am Kalluri Ramya, reaching out with folded hands to seek support for my father, **Kalluri Kamalakar**, who has been battling **multiple organ failure**.

He was admitted to **Care Hospital, Hyderabad**, where he received intensive ICU treatment and life-support care. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming medical expenses, we were unable to continue his hospital treatment and had to bring him home.

A group of students started threatening to rape my mother and were already bullying me. They made a false narrative that I sexually harassed a girl and they all mass reported me to the registrar Virender Sharma. They framed a perfect narrative that portrayed me as evil

I told my side of the story to Registrar Virender Sharma on how they threatened to rape my mother and hence I slurred at them. Instead the Registrar withdraws my admission without a proper hearing and does not even lift my calls citing that I broke disciplinary violations.

So threatening to rape my mother isn't a disciplinary violation? Regardless of my will to speak to him, he is not lifting my calls. I hate this blatant behaviour. He must resign at any cost possible, if he protects the rape-mentality instigators that too being a registrar, the university is set to be doomed.

The vice-chancellor isn't intervening in this situation, he seems to be in an abroad destination as I called up his office directly.

My admission is officially cancelled on an unfair basis, my family especially my mother is facing great distress. I am going on a hunger strike near their campus on 7th of august, the dignity of my mother matters more than my life. The registrar must resign or I must die.

I already forwarded this to UGC anti-ragging cell, and registered a National Commission for Women complaint
