Looking at counties such as Bangladesh, India or Africa (the continent) the one major problem they seem to be facing is their economy simply can't catch up with their population growth - there are not enough stable jobs to feed even a majority of the population and most people seem to be barely eking some form of meager existence on the fringes of functional society. If those countries put the brakes on their population growth, investments would over time lift enough people of poverty so those countries could start functioning again instead of drowning in hopeless poverty?

China's One Child policy, despite popular opinion, has achieved it's goal to curb population growth until extreme poverty was eliminated, and China was Africa levels of poor entering the 90s. Now that economic growth has caught up with the size of their population the One Child policy has been removed and they can now keep growing naturally.

I needed to have a checkup with a Neurologist as a part of a hiring process for a job - which should have been a formality since I am 26 years old with no neurological conditions; I have never had any mental health issues, never used any mental health services.

To my surprise, in the Document the doctor gave me after the checkup it states that I have "ICD F31.9" aka Bipolar affective disorder, unspecified. I did not even notice it until after I got home. I've asked all possible family members about it and they all say I have never been diagnosed, and I have no memory of ever having been to a Psychiatrist which is the only profession than can diagnose me in the EU.

I am at a bit of a loss here. I am thinking of going to my GP to have this scrubbed off my record because, needless to say, i did not get a call back from the company after I handed in a document stating I am clinically insane, even though at this point the position was pretty much guaranteed for me! Extremely frustrating! Does any anybody know: where do I even start here? I imagine the GP would need to get me in touch with a Psychiatrist or something.

Дори ако си усилия уредбата малко повече го чувам как се скъсва да джавка по баса от субуфера специфично, а пр доставете си колко е шумно ако го чувам през 2 етажа. И това не е само в града - всеки път като съм на село през целия ден се чува един непрестанен вой на кучета, от сутрин до вечера проклетите песъци не млъкват за повече от час.

Манеее, изнервям се само като чувам лай от съседната къща или апартамент. Не мога да си представя какво е това да ти е в дома или двора и да млъква, мама му стара, само докато спи. Не мразя кучетата, супер да когато са чилл, но ако имам нещо около мен дето 24/7 вие на аларма до 3-ия ден ще съм го закопал, разбирате ли?

I am having a hard time literally seeing my cursor during intense fights. Like my cursor gets lost somewhere amidst the explosions. Is there any way to make my cursor like be more contrasting against the background or am i cooked?

I will be honest with you, i am 26 years old, i am coming home form a 12 hour shift at the ballbusting factory, i haven't touched a woman in 10 years, i just want to shut my brain off and play some shooter games and i keep getting killed by sweats sniping me from across the map, dudes headshotting me from mid air, dudes killing me before i can even aim my rife at them, dudes with the reaction time of a fucking mosquito - like i am shooting at a place they jumped away from 2 seconds ago. Like, come on. And then if get matched with fellow mouthbreathers and do well for once, the matchmaking system assumes i'm good now and throws me back in with the sweats.

The only tactic that i have found that consistently works for me is camping - which sucks because, yeah, i am getting kills which feels satisfying but i am not playing the objectives, i am not driving vehicles - i am just sniping poor dudes from a distance. I want to advance but i don't have the reaction time of a fucking mosuqito.

I can't even play "tactical" games like League anymore - the action is so fast i can't even find my cursor amidst the 20 explosion effects on my screen. RTS games are fine still but require too much brainpower for me after a 12 hour shift a the ballbusting factory - shit feels like playing Sudoku.

This is not Satire: I have to live with this shit. Also, this wouldn't make sense unless I explain first I am a lucid dreamer, as in I always know if I'm in a dream, I can sort of make things appear in my dreams at will and I can wake myself up on command my wiggling my toes if something goes wrong, the problem is I have very little control over it all because usually what happens is the first thing I think about in my dream instantly happens, like if I'm quick enough I can be like: "I want a sex dream about by hot friend who friendzoned me" and boom, it's a sex dream but what happens 9/10 times, and I don't know why, the first thought on my mind is: "I hope this isn't another nightmare dream" and it always turns into a nightmare dream where I am getting fucked up by some grotesque creature thing.

Which isn't a problem, right, because I can wake up on command. But last time in my dream I was in my room and I had the same dumb thought: "please not another nightmare", I turn my head and I see a creepy looking, Human sized porcelain doll of a small boy that resembled me as a child, like the Annabelle doll but if it was the size of a fat kid, just sitting there smiling unblinking. Anyways, i said fuck it I know it's going to attack me so attacked it first. Thing is soon as I put my hands on it, it grabbed me by the throat and started choking me so I tapped out, woke myself up.

But that's the messed up part. Unlike every other time when I woke up i was in my bed but I was still dreaming. And of course I instantly realized I am still dreaming because the stupid doll appeared out of a dark corner and jumped me again - this time I woke up for real.

What the fuck? I have never been Inceptioned by my own nightmare before. The fucking nightmare creatures are getting smarter, man, I thought I could control them but I feel like I am losing control over them. Man, I had overcome my fear of sleeping thanks to my ability to wake up from nightmares on command, but this is some next level shit. Anyways, I don't need any advice on this - I know I am screwed. I just wanted to share with you all my experience.

I am at the section where i need to defend the tunnel from rebels and i keep getting instakilled by the snipers. Like, come on! I get that Hardcore difficulty is meant to be tough but getting instakilled from full health because i don't duck the second i see a red laser sucks.

Edit: I was a fool. i am playing with the Russian voiceovers and I was too busy shooting to read the subtitles telling me to get the detonator lol.

Your charger gets stuck at 0 and It won't charge your electronics, usually after passing some section where radiation kills your flashlight. For me it happened when I died in the Taiga spider lair and it didn't fix itself until halfway through Dead City. Yeah, fighting Nosalises with a lighter and 1 painkiller needle is an ass clenching experience. This bug has been present in the game since 2019. It goes away randomly as you progress the game and none of the fixes I found online such as turning the car's light on and off, restarting the chapter or starting an earlier chapter works. Maybe we will get a fix in 2035?
