I cancelled my account and switched my number to T mobile back in June. Received another bill for July. Called them was on the phone for over an hour. Even 3 way called T-mobile to prove my number was active on their account and transferred over as ATT claimed it was still active on ATT. They said they once again closed the account and now I’ve received another bill despite no activity on my talk, text, data and the account being closed. So now we have to try calling AGAIN. Anyone else fought this battle?

We recently moved our dogs to our new home that we have been living at for a few months now. We made climate controlled, indoor outdoor kennel runs with the ability to lock them in at night. We do dog shows and multiple dog sports, the dogs get yard time but some of the dogs don’t get along so we did the kennel runs so they wouldn’t be in a crate/rotate situation (since they can’t all be lose together). They were barking a lot in the beginning. Totally new environment. But we have really been enforcing a quiet command, giving them more exercise and enrichment type chewies and Kongs, and now the barking has decreased dramatically. The only times they really carry on is if the neighbor’s husband walks his driveway to get the mail (he walks with a dog) and the dogs will only bark when he’s in view before quieting, or they will bark if a car pulls into his or my driveway, once again only while in view. There are occasional (2-3) barks here and there but if they bark for longer than a minute I have been enforcing the quiet command. Yesterday evening a couple were barking while we were playing with a couple of the others in the yard. I told them quiet and they stopped.

Today the neighbor’s wife was complaining that they barked all evening yesterday and that they drive her crazy while her husband is walking to get the mail. She says that she just can’t stand the sound of dogs barking. I get that. It’s loud when he walks to the mail, but it’s a once a day occurrence, but that’s the only time that it’s difficult to control them as they can physically see a stranger and dog walking the driveway (it’s only been two weeks that they’ve lived here, so I’m hoping they will eventually get use to it). If he walked to get his mail at the same time each day I would make sure they were locked inside but it’s kind of random times.

The husband has told me they don’t bother him at all, the other neighbors said they don’t bother them either. It’s just the one wife and now she’s resorted to complaining about them every time I go outside. I apologize and tell her that I am working on a quiet command.

The previous owner of this house had a dog that would bark all night long outside her bedroom window. I’m definitely not letting mine do that.

It’s been two weeks since they’ve been here and I am working on training and making sure the dogs have proper enrichment. I feel like they need more time to adjust to the new environment but I’ve been crying stressed all day because I’m a people pleaser and I don’t want to upset the neighbors. Like I said it’s just the one that has complained so far. AITA? Or am I trying hard not to be? Or is she since I am trying really hard to get it under control with improvements and she’s still complaining? Im so upset over the whole situation. I’m the new one to the neighborhood so I don’t want to be causing problems. But her complaining is really getting to me. Especially when they’ve been quiet most of the day. :(
