Any got tips for optimising AC:V on pc got the discord package so not too many bugs but frame rate could be better

Just want a minimum of consistent 30 fps

What parts from previous games would you want?

Mine are sniper cannons, shoulder auto guns, shoulder FCS booster and Shoulder reserve ammo

need some advice to improve AC;V on PC or is my laptop just not strong enough
