Firstly I'm 182 cm and was at about 64kg. Right now after 5 months i stand at 67kg. Ive been on a slight surplus but I don't see much changes on how my body actually looks. But yess my chest press has gone up to 10kg from 5kg. But my curls remain at 5kg. Ive really not done deadlifts or squats. Shoulder press also increased from 5kg to 10kg. But I barely see my forearms change like not even a little. Only a little of my shoulders and biceps fit better in shirts. Is it alright or am I off.

It's been 20 days since I have submitted the wd green ssd at the centre. The only response I get is it's in transit and I have no tracking of the courier too. Any solution for this?

I'm joining college this year. I need a bank account whose bank is the best I'll prefer zero balance with a slightly higher interest rate with no fixed deposits. Right now I'm thinking of idfc but ready to hear options
