The goal was to make the map look less like it was tailored for a racing game. I wanted the map to be its own thing like Night City in Cyberpunk - the city is the main character and you're just living in it. I want a single player that is a mix of illegal street racing, sanctioned closed-circuit legal racing & crime (without guns). Taking inspiration from Midnight racing Tokyo & GTA V, you can explore the map on foot and immerse in many roleplay activities. Imagine a 2 hour trekking or off-road climbing on the mountains at north east and spending the night in a tent at the top enjoying a beautiful view with other NPCs/side characters.
Cops are of course present. They're violent and smart.

Guys this is my dream game, so pls don't fuck with it talking about how feasible it is.
You should be allowed to optionally spec the car in such a way that 'manual mode' is the only way to drive the car. You can't drive in auto mode. The car can only be driven in manual mode despite the gearbox being a DCT.
The option to choose between standard H-pattern layout or dogleg layout, since the shifter is not mechanically connected to the gearbox. There are people who love the dogleg layout, so let them enjoy it.
Keeps reverting back to camera relative when restarting

His lap battle videos are peak. I don't care who wins, it's all about the cinematography and Cammisa's brilliance as a presenter. I'm thinking Sonoma raceway.
I do think an LMGT3 car will hold up with the hypercars, because have you driven in the sim? They're monsters in the corners, braking & quick transitions.
Xiaomi 17 pro did such an amazing job using the rear display to take selfie photos and videos with the triple rear cameras. I love it so much. Unfortunately it well never be taken very seriously by the rest of the world until the big giants adopt it. Samsung already implements an impressive second display on the Z flip with such thin bezels and the same rear camera functionality. I don't care about damage or fingerprints or reduced battery life, I genuinely find it useful for taking group selfies, cinematic videos & 4K video with the superior camera sensors. It's also useful when filming yourself with a tripod, using the rear screen as a viewfinder (like gopros).
Who cares if there's a demand for such a feature, it's all about doing things people never knew they wanted until you show it to them. Did xiaomi care about demand when they did the rear display? And look at how much praise they got for doing it.
People complain about phones not being fun anymore, but then don't show appreciation when brands do stuff like this to make their phones more fun.

Movie goes hard
had to cut out non racing scenes in this
I hate exclusivity. I want more people to be able to drive their dream cars. Performance & engineering should decide whether a car is a supercar/hypercar. Price & exclusivity shouldn't be factor.
90s JDM cars did quite well against american and european sport/supercars in comparison tests despite relatively lacking in horsepower. I wonder what would've happened if there was never a 280hp gentlemen's agreement. Cars would be more expensive, that's for sure. But think about the impact the R35 GTR had on the car world when it launched. I think the same powerful impact would've happened back in the 90s with these cars now making similar power to western sportscars. American & European brands may have had to step up their sportscars way more drastically in order to keep up with these JDMs. These JDM cars would've been way more iconic than they are now.
I'm amazed by the detailed animations this game uses for less important actions. So cool.
Every night, people meet up to place their bets and street race whether you participate or not. Makes the world feel more alive & also gives more purpose to vehicle customisation. Cops will chase you and if you get arrested enough times, they'll impound your car, which you can free by either paying bribe or by stealing it back from impound lot.

You can also form rivalries with certain drivers depending on how dirty you are when racing with them.

Cyberpunk had street racing, but there were no cops chases and you were also allowed to kill other drivers or destroy their cars, which ruins the experience.

Anime is MF Ghost
They're not visible on the mini map, so you have to use the satellite image map. I love that. I feels rewarding everytime I discover a new scenic location.
When this car came out, I defended it's twin turbo V8 because it was genuinely impressive to me engineering-wise. A turbocharged engine with 10,000 rpm redline is something you normally never see in a factory car. Also, this engine's torque curve was tuned in such a way that peak torque arrived closer to redline. These two factors made me believe that, despite missing 2 cylinders, this engine would be looked back at fondly in the future.
Months later, I now realize how much the V10 sound mattered. In a landscape where more and more supercars are switching to twin turbo V8s, I now realize how important it is to have a unique, great-sounding engine to differentiate yourself from the rest. Sure, sound isn't everything. The Miata proves that. But if Miata's engine sounded like the F20C or 2ZZ, that car's legacy would've elevated to a higher level.
I think Lamborghini should've retained the V10. They should've tuned the V10 to make peak torque later in the rev range, making the engine feel more dramatic, like in the Revuelto. No need to worry about regular commuting since you've got electric motors providing torque to lower rpms.
I've been wanting to rdr2 for the first time, but years ago I saw this video by NakeyJakey where explains that a few selection of mods where able to fix many flaws of this game and that made his experience returning to the game more enjoyable.
I'm the kind of person to finish a story game once and never play it again. So, if I'm gonna play rdr2 for the first time, I'd like the experience to be not ruined by weird flaws or inconsistent game mechanics. So, it'd be really helpful if you could suggest me some mods that'd fix these flaws and make my first experience much better.
I was standing close to the centre line at the back and received a lift towards the left corner. I sidestepped towards there and just when I was about to smash, my left knee just gave up and I fell on my back. I’ve been playing for 10 years and this was the first time this has ever happened to me. I’ve never broken any bone before, so because of the intense pain, I thought my knee had dislocated or broken, but doctor said it was a sprain. Before going to hospital, I tried to walk, but my left leg simply couldn’t support my body. 2 days later, I’m still wearing a knee immobiliser.
