Been thinking about my former ex friend

I had this friend I I knew since we 1sr met at Mt Sac, he’s deaf w Asperger Autism. We had a good long, but also complicated friendship. Like we go back and forth, he always tell me we broke up and get back together. I’m all patience like ok, but sometime we had big fight then stopped talking to each other for awhile. And his mom is always protective, sometime I don’t like it she get angry moody at me. Last time I heard seen them was 2 years ago. Didn’t like how one time his mom hurt my gf feelings, due to her breathing problem (she’s deaf but got other disabilities too). And like his mom, my friend sometime critics judge me, we used to go to flea market and swap meet every month. Anyway, this is the longest we been holding grudges, I felt like we need to make peace truce. Like move on from past problems, I sent messages on Facebook to some of their friends about it. Sometime I do miss them a bit, but wish things would be different, so yeah just want them to forgive and forget

Decided to continue w level 3 certificate for Administration Assistant

I finally talked to my counselor at the DHH Center on Zoom, and she understands that it wouldn’t work for me to get a degree, since I got one part time job, but also looking for another job in a meantime. I remember there’s 3 levels of Administration Assistant certificates, I already passed the 1st 2, now I’m gonna continue to final and last 3rd level certification for administration assistant. There’s 3 classes left. This time, I had to drop 2 other classes not related to my certification. I kept oral communication for business online class, added another online class, Window Operating System. But, last one is in person class, I’m saving it for the spring time, so I can work on 2 other online classes in the Fall Semester soon

Wondering if oral communication for business will be ok for me, since I’m hard of hearing

Hey one of the online classes I registered for Mt Sac will be oral communication for business. Wondering if I’m gonna be ok taking it, since I’m hard of hearing, and my voice isn’t always clear to understand sometime. I know it’s part of requirement to take that class, for admin assistant certification. Hope I don’t have to use my voice much in that class. At least, when I took another classes before, I had to do a presentation on a project, I had an asl interpreter w me, to interpret for me while I talk in ASL. I guess since it’s online class, maybe I won’t worry about it much

Having 2nd thoughts, thinking I should just focus on certificates again undead

Hey, I know I got 2 administration assistant certificates, both level 1 and level 2. I know there’s a 3rd level certificate for admin assistant. Then I decide to get a degree at the last minute right? I signed up and register and got 3 classes, 2 general ed classes (history 1 and sociology 1), one online class for major admin assistant (oral communication for business). My counselor from the dhh center has helped me to register and so on.
And now I got problem oops, I’m still searching for 2nd part time job, both of my job developers or job coaches, from ability 1st and GLAD EDD, are bit confused why I’m gonns still continue going to school, if I’m gonns be applying for jobs same time? They didn’t like that idea, now they want me to choose, keep looking for jobs, or go back to school again? They told me can’t do both, would be complicated. They told me what I really want to do, I know I want to look for better jobs, but I guess school has kept me busy and learning new things. Been going to my sac so long now, that I for pet science certification, culinary art certification, now admin assistant certification too! So yeah, half of people it should be enough for me, like can’t be going to school forever, well I never got a degree so that is another reason. I thought being hard of hearing w other disabilities, make it hard for me to find jobs, so I have my job coaches helping me out on it. Thought if I get a degree, maybe it’ll be easier to find jobs then. Now, don’t know if I should drop classes or what, cuz they say I have to choose, I shoulda thought of this in the 1st place

Finally got 3 classes available again for the fall semester

2 of my online classes, History 1 and Business Oral Communication, and one in person class, Sociology are all finally available! I told my DHH counselor in the email about it, she’s happy to hear that, so I went ahead to register them already. Gonna take 3 classes again soon this Fall Semester Even emailed to the DHH Center, and ASL Interpreter before about the classes I’m gonna be taking, looking forward to take down classes again. I took a year time off cus I was overwhelmed w my admin assistant major, so I felt better and decided to come back again to continue, including some general classes, so I can get a degree later on

Regrouping and training my team in Fire Red

Hey I know I posted a pic of Pokemon Fire Red Team, but I realices I made a mistake when I went to battle with the Elite Four, they’re way too strong! I forgot how strong they are, so I had to get out so I can regroup, do some training too! Thinking of replacing half of my teams w the legendary birds, well I need to catch Moltres next lol. I remembered there’s MewTwo at some cave, I’m saving the Master Ball for him, cuz I remember he’s very strong like level 70, omg lol! My team half of them level 50, dang lol! So yeah, that why I decided to back out so I can do some training, and so on. Leaf Green I’m doing ok, recently beaten Erika at Celadon City, now I’m just training and battling on the way (btw I caught Snorlax and named it LazyBoy, got an Eevee on my team, named it AquaDog)

About being a cashier

Can a deaf and hard of hearing person be a cashier at work? I have been working at this retalil store for a while long time now, and I only work once a week. My job developers told me why not try being a cashier? She and my other case manager from the regional center, told me I need to be open and try other things. Well the thing is, I never signed up for cashier at work, I just signed up for stocking only. But I only go once a week. I asked friends and other people around, I got mixed answers. Some say yeah I can try it, but others say no it would be hard for me, to understand customer would be a bit of struggle, and too many customers and ya have to work quick too! So yeah, not sure if that a good idea? Maybe just stick to stocking and other kinds of jobs. I know I know, I follow my motto, ‘Deaf people can do anything except hear,’ ‘I can I will!’ Wondering what you think?
