Flipkart axis bank gives pretty much great off should I apply are there any charges?

I want to ask that even if we have birth date apart from time basic things like planets remain the same? example even if someone is born 3july1999 this is just an example consider we don't have time but everything else the chart remains same or ascendant changes from timing?

hard bowel only in start other than that it is soft so I guess hard bowel made fissure crack again so there's no bleeding today but I went to pee in morning it was all fine in afternoon I went to pee with stomach pain there was burning and then I applied tube by putting it inside and then after lunch also there was immense burning while passing bowel and now it is somewhat pain I don't want it to reappear? what could be the reason of coming this back ? My mother's health has been worse now it is somewhat smooth....As my mother don't have her proper timings and her parents are no more also birth certificate used to be random at that time.
