I have this qft (guessing 650cfm) vacuum secondary mounted on my 350sbc victor jr s8ngle plane, and 1in 4 hole spacer, low end throttle response and hesitation was gone with the spacer, but its always had a lil midrange trouble, lets say im cruising and I snap open the throttle it hesitates for a sec then drops like a hammer and takes off, top end seems fine, whats possibly my issue (not sure the exact carb model) and i know the single plane isn't helping, going to a swap meet this weekend to try and find a cheap dual plane airgap. Okay, so ive got a 350 sbc out of an obs chevy pickup, has smog heads, victor jr single plane, headers, mild cam, hei (no vacuum advance), starts right up everytime, but has a bog when its cold, once it warms up the bog is gone, after driving it for about 30 minutes, the idle starts to get weird and very low, I drive it everyday and usually have no issues other than these, just wanting to know what I can do to fix these? I know i should probably be running a vacuum advance distributor and a dual plane. The truck (when it wants to run) is actually a lot of fun and somewhat fast. That's for looking

Hi, ive got a sbc id like to slam into something eventually, 880 roller block, what cam and heads and other sorts of things would I need for this kind of power, not looking for cheap as possible, but cheap as PRACTICAL, ive picked a set of head and cam i think would be close but im unsure, let me know what you think?

Got it for free, needs air shot to the tires, Kickstart needs fixed, and needs carb kit, it DID RUN about 2 weeks ago before I ripped into the carb and found out the needle is shot, and its 150cc.

I know lots of people drive the balancer on with the bolt but I didn't wanna rip the threads out of the crank so, 7/16 -20 all thread (long bolt works too) and 3 nuts. Jam 2 nuts together so they cant move and run the other nut up the all thread. Thread it into the crankshaft, use a washer between the single nut and washer. Hold the bottom of the 2 nuts that are locked with a wrench and use the one free nut to drive the balancer on. It was like $8 to make where orielys wanted $50 lol

Going down town the other day and noticed my oil pressure guage was all over the place, pulled over and realized it was low on oil. I whipped the truck around and drove the 1/4 mile home. Turns out the timing cover on the truck had cracked. After a few days of work finally got it back together with a new cover, gaskets, and chain, and some paint. It is much more responsive and overall runs better. Next time this happens I'm pulling the motor tho lol

This is a roketa mc 22y I got for free, doesnt run because the guy who gave it to me took the starter solenoid out due to it being bad and the Kickstart was also bad, I arched the 2 wires together and it cranked. I think next im going to order a solenoid, put fresh gas innit and see if it runs.

Walking around at power tour 2026 day 4 and seen another shortened square body, unfortunately i wasnt able to stick around very long and talk to him more, his is on a carry chasis thats about the same as a blazer, nice to meet a fellow shortened square. The brown one is mine

Bought this mower almost a month ago to lower and just have a fun summer project, got it fired up after sitting for god knows how long, unfortunately it was down on compression and shooting oil out one exaughst pipe, fired it up today just to see if it would move, it no longer smokes or burns oil, sure the oil is milkshake but you cant win em all. I can live with it for now just to blast it aroumd
