I preordered the Luna through the Insta360 store and paid with Buy With Prime, assuming having fulfillment via Amazon would offer more reliable tracking and time. I could not have been more wrong. First camera never shipped, even after launch date. Had to go through Amazon Buy with Prime Support which kept telling me it would ship in 2 days. After 6 days of the same story, I canceled the order via Buy With Prime. But really all this does is send a cancellation request to Insta360 Store. Which has going unanswered for several days now. So I am in limbo. Can’t cancel the order, can’t undo the cancel and hope it gets fulfilled. Meanwhile Insta360 has taken payment in full. Just a mess. Has soured me on Insta360 and Amazon Buy with Prime. Recommend if you do buy Insta360 products, go to a brick and mortar store that has stock on-hand.
