SOH is flowering

I brought my SOH home a month ago, and gave her a chop (and prop) because she was looking a little scraggly. After the chop there was a ton of new growth and I woke up this morning to find her flowering this morning.

Krimson Queen sun stress

My Krimson Queen is looking a little sun stressed. I have it in an east facing window, no curtain but there is a roof over hang, so no direct sun. Should I put a curtain in front of it?

Cebu Blue

Why are some of the leaves turning yellow? No signs of pests. Lots of new healthy new growth. I fertilized last week. East facing window, no curtains. I water when top 2” of soil is dry (I go by weight and the chopstick method). I have it in Molly’s aroid mix.

Red Lentil Dahl

I made some red lentil dahl for dinner tonight and it was really good. You can serve with some brown rice for extra fiber, or eat on it's own as a soup/stew. It tastes just like butter chicken, minus the butter and the chicken.

Recipe posted in the comments.

Found spider mites on my Alocasia Jacklyn

I have three cabinets side by side in my living room along with all of my other plants that live outside of the cabinets. I found what I think is spider mites on my Jacklyn in one of my cabinets. Do I need to treat my whole collection? Also, what do you do for quarantine? my bathroom only has a north facing window, and no other natural light. I usually keep my new plants in there to avoid pests for a few months. I do not have a good spot in my bathroom to add a grow light for plants that are sick.

I took the Jacklyn out and tossed it. I do not want to throw other plants out if I can avoid it.

What is the most efficient way to treat all of my plants? I plan on using isopropyl alcohol with peppermint Castile soap and some water.

A. Micholitziana

I purchased this in April, as soon as it came home it was in hyper growth mode, and it lost all of its' leaves-- and then grew more just to lose them all again. Second picture of is of its' new leaf (has a second one under it), they both are significantly smaller and a little yellow. I did repot when I brought it home, into Molly's aroid mix, and the roots looked good. I keep it in my plant cabinet with all of my other alocasia (that are thriving). What am I doing wrong? How can I bring it back to life? **those are not spider mites, that is soil residue on the leaf**

New Leaf on King Anthurium

This King Anthurium has been my slowest growing plant so far. I got it from a nursery in the beginning of April, and it's leaves were kinda crispy and not in the best shape. He finally is pushing out a new leaf after almost 3 months.

What's going on with this leaf?

What are these marks on this leaf? Also, what are the weird long twig like things growing out of the plant?
